Somewhere past midnight Manik turned in his position and was startled as his hand hit against something soft....it seemed like a cushion or more like a pillow but what was a pillow doing there he blinked open his eyes to see what was happening around him he was shocked to see a divider of pillows in between them and Nandini still awake starring at the ceiling .........

Manik- ye sab kya hai Khargosh ye pillows aur tum abhi tak jag rahi ho.

She jerked in her position as manik suddenly posed these questions to her , she was feeling guilty for not trusting him and placing a divider of pillows between them to stop him from getting closer to her in her slumber.

Manik understood her dilemma and sat back on the bed resting his head against a restboard holding her by her her wrist he pulled her to sit up facing him ..

Manik - kya hua hai Khargosh tumhe apne aaru pe bharosa nahi hai kya ager mujhe tumhare sath kuch kerna hota to kal raat hi ker chuka hota jab tum nashe ki halat me thi ye sab kerne ki kya jarurat thi

He ran his fingers through her locks as she wept silently refusing to lift up her head and look at him ...

Nandini- I am sorry aaru mujhe pata hai maine  galat kiya hai per mujhe na khud per hi bharosa nahi hai pehle bhi hum ek bed per sote the but tab hamare beech kuch nahi tha na hum ek dusre ke liye kuch feel kerte the na hi na hi apne rishte ko ek mauka dena chahte the but ab ...

Manik patted her back to soothe her but didn't leave a chance to pull her leg ...

Manik- per ab tumhe mujhse pyaar hone laga hai aur tumhe ye der lag raha hai ki tumse control nahi hoga  omg I need to be careful kya pata raat se subah hote hote tum mere sath ..

Nandini whacked  his upper arm as he laughed at her sorry state ..

Manik- are it's ok Khargosh you can tell me mujhe thodi na bura lagega ye sochke ki tum mere bare me kya sochti ho just like your famous dream ...

She blushed at the mention of her dream and hide her face in the cushion jerking his hands away from her...

Manik-- bus yahi ata hai na tumhe sapne dekhna bus sapne dekho tum kabhi unhe sach ker dikhane ki himmat bhi karogi tum ya nahi ?

He probed her further as this time she dicided to give him back ...

Nandini- ha ha aur udao mera mazak to kya ho gaya ager maine ek sapna dekh liya to tumhe to bus mauka mil gaya mera mazak udane ka aur himmat ki baat to tum na hi karo to achaa hai ager tumme itni himmat hoti na to tum ab tak appa ko sara sa h bata chuke hote  ki is sab cheezo me galti meri nahi tumhari thi ....

She bite her tongue and trailed off as she realised she had gone a little overboard sensing the turn of events manik spoke up...

Manik- vaise baat to sahi keh rahi ho tum tumhare gharwalo ko bhi hamari shadi ka sach pata hona chahiye aisa kerte hai kal subah hote hi sabko hamari shadi ka sach bata denge ok....

He gave her a determined look as she feared the worst reaction from her father...

Nandini- iski koi jarurat nahi hai Jo jaisa chal raha hai chalne do ab hum aur aisa kuch bhi nahi hone denge jisse hamara rishta khatre me  pad jaye .....

Manik- are yaar Khargosh tum kitni negative ho yaar her time negative hi kyu sochti ho ye soche ager humne bata diya aur unhone hume maaf ker diya to mujhe kya milega ?...

He raised his brows giving her a questioning look realising  that Manik had taken it lightly she to join in his leg  puling ...

Nandini- shayad ek aur date apni is new found girlfriend ke sath

Manik chuckled at her shyness mixed with boldness ..

Manik- per tum us date per pahenogi kya tumhe pata hai na mere sath date per jate waqt you have to look hot and happening ek minute I have a suggestion for you tum wahi dress pahena jo maine tumhare liye li hai ..

Nandini shot her head up to face him and immediately lowered her eyes to avoid meeting his gaze as manik looked on to her with his famous smirk intact on his well sculpted face ..

Nandini- but aaru vo dress me baher kaise pehenungi

She put forth her doubt as manik quickly resolved it

Manik- baher kyu jana tum kaho to agli date kisi private resort me set ker le...

Manik teased her as she whacked him with a pillow and went to sleep but sleep eluded manik as he was thinking of something very grave ......
