Chapter 1 - Kicked out?

Lucy's POV

"Yo Luce!" I hear from outside my bedroom window. It takes me a second to realize what was going on then I quickly glanced at my alarm clock to see that it was already 10am. 'Oh no, we're late! Erza is going to kill us.' I thought as I shot up out of bed and ran to the window.

"I'll be out in just a minute." I yelled. I then ran to my closet, slipping off my jim-jams (thats what I call PJs). I quickly slip on my yellow crop top, white skirt with a bow on the front with white flats and do my hair up in the normal way. Once I'm done, I ran down stairs as quick as possible without falling of course.

"Come on... Come on... Come on...!" I said grabbing Natsu's and Happy's wrist, running towards the train station.

"Hey, hold on a second." Natsu said trying to pull away from my grasp.

"No! Erza is going to kill us already for being late." I keep trying to pull him. I see the boys stop and look down at the ground.

"Natsu... what's wrong? You are normally terrified of Erza." I stopped along with the boys. Something isn't right.

"We aren't going on the job." That's all he says as I see tears form in his eyes.

"Why?" I start worrying and he didn't answer.

Natsu's POV

I feel tears in my eyes but I couldn't let them escape. 'How am I going to tell her?' I thought. 'I don't even believe this.' Lucy is just staring me down and I can't take it. This just isn't right but Gramps said she has to leave and I can't do anything about it. It just doesn't make sense. Why would she hurt Wendy?

*Flash back to last night*

I was one of the last ones in the guild hall along with Mira, Elfman, Lisanna, Erza, Happy and Master. The siblings were together at the bar while Mira was closing. Erza, Happy and I were talking to Master about the job we were going on tomorrow. That's when I heard the guild doors fly open and in comes a flying Carla with Wendy who looked half dead.

"Hurry! Get this child to the infirmary at once." Carla yelled handing Wendy to Elfman. We all ran to the infirmary and laid Wendy down gently on one of the beds. She had a lot of bruises, a huge wound on her side and you could see her bone sticking out of her arms. 'I think I'm going to throw up.' I thought. Although Mira quickly got to work on bandaging her wounds and fixing her arm while Master calls Poluchka. With that, the rest of us were kicked out of the room. Happy was now trying to calm down Carla and I was raging.

"What the hell happened to her! Who did it? They need to pay for what they did to Wendy!" I yelled. I was ready to kill someone.

"Natsu! Calm down!" Erza said placing her hand on my shoulder. As soon as she did that, Gramps came into the room.

"Master, is Poluchka coming?" Erza asked.

" Yes she is. She will be here as soon as she can. Right now Mira is doing the best we can. We are lucky that Carla got her here when she did. If she got her any later..." He trailed off. "Carla, please tell me how this happened." He asked calmly.

"Lu....Lu...cy." Carla stuttered and went back to crying.

"What about Lucy! Is she okay?" I flipped out.

"She did this..." She said shyly.

"What do you mean..." I shuttered as I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

"We were walking back to Fairy Hills where we live and we bumped into Lucy. She was acting a little funny. All of a sudden, she turned on Wendy and started to attack us." Carla broke down and Gramps thanked her and started to walk away.

"Natsu, Erza and Happy, please come to my office." So we followed him.

"What are we going to do, Master?" Erza asked.

"How do we know that was even Lucy?" I yelled.

"we don't.... but we can't take the any risks. She almost killed Wendy/ She can't be in the guild any longer." Master teared up.

"That isn't fair!" I shouted before I could say anymore, Master smacked me across the room.

"She's out of the guild and that's final." He says as we start to leave the room.

"I'll tell her..." I said as a tear escaped.

*End of Flash Back*
