Lucy P.O.V
I never thought I would be forced out of my home but it seems like no one truly cares for me anywhere I go. 'Maybe I'll find a better life in this new place. To be honest I don't think things could get any worse for me. I already lost two families.' I thought as I laid down in my seat to fall asleep with Plue in my arms.
*Time Skip*
"Ma'am?" I woke up to someone shaking me. "This is the last stop. You have to get off now." The train assistant says as I start getting up.
"Is this Claude?" I asked making sure I was in the right place. Hopefully I didn't sleep past my stop.
"Yes it is. Enjoy the rest of your day." She said handing me my bags.
"Thank you. You too." I hopped off the train. I have to say Claude is beautiful. Rows of flowers and pretty people every where you look. They are just being normal and going about their day. They all seem so happy with their life. I never thought I would find such a happy town. It just doesn't seem right when you think about it but I knew this wasn't magic making it this way. This was just a happy place. It even cheers me up a tiny bit. This place is amazing. I hope that this happy town will welcome me.
"Excuse me, my dear." I stopped starring at the town and looked right at a little old lady in front of me.
"Are you new to this town?" She asked giving me a sweet smile.
"What gave me away? me staring obliviously at everything?" I laughed.
"Maybe." She giggled. "But I saw you look a little lost so I was wondering if you wanted to join me for tea?" She started to walk away and since I didn't know what else to do in this new place, why not go with her. I would love some tea right now. I followed her to a little tiny shop not far from where we were standing.
"What can I get for you, ladies?" One of the waitress asked.
"I would like a Lady Hannah tea with a chocolate chip cookie." I smiled as she wrote down my order.
"And for...oh my. I'm so sorry, Lady Leah. I didn't recognize you." She bowed.
"That's okay. You were just doing your job. and what did I tell you ladies about bowing to me. You don't have to. Anyways, I would just like my usual." Leah says as out waitress runs off to get our tea.
"I'm sorry, where are my manners? I haven't even told you my name." She covered her mouth as she laughed. "My name is Lady Leah Evans."
"Nice to meet you, Lady Leah." I smiled but felt weird about adding lady in front of her name. "My name is Lucy Heartfilia." Leah let out a gasp when she heard me say my name.
"I didn't realize you were a Heartfilia....How come he didn't tell me?" I heard her whisper the last part. "Do you have any relation to Jude Heartfilia?" That questioned interested me more than her whisper.
"Well yes, I was his daughter. Did you know him?" I replied to her question.
"I became one of his good friends while doing business with him. He was a very smart man and we helped each other out with our businesses. I surprised he never mentioned he had a daughter." She seemed like she was trying to recall if he did mention it or not.
"I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't. He never cared for me much." I said as I looked at the ground.
"Don't be silly. I'm sure he loves and cares for you." She had a smile smile on her face.
"He did for about 7 and half years but for 7 of those years, I was stuck in time on an island." I replied.
"Why doesn't he now?" She had a worried look on his face.
"He passed away a month before I got off that island." A tear escaped my eye.
"Oh dear, I'm so sorry sweetie."She put her hand on mine.
"It's okay. Like I said, we weren't that close." I said pulling my hand away. "So why did you want to have tea with me in the first place?"
As the waitress handed us our tea and my cookie, Leah started to explain. "To tell the truth, I saw your keys and realized you were a wizard." She said looking at my keys which I was holding onto. "I heard a rumor that a wizards with keys was coming into town. I actually need to get you to safety, my dear." Leah started to glance around the room but then I realized she had bee doing that this whole time. I'm not sure what is going on but no one could have known I was coming here. There is no possible way for news to travel that fast. It doesn't make sense if this wasn't planned.
"What is going on? How was there a rumor? This wasn't planned. I got kicked out of my guild, that was the only reason I came here." I said with a worried look.
"Oh no, sweetie. This was all planned but I will tell you more when we get to my guild hall." She quickly finishes her tea and paid the waitress even though I didn't enough know she had gotten the check.
"Okay well I'm finished with my tea so I guess we can go." I still had the cookie in my hand as we headed out of the tea shop.
"So are you like the guild master?" I questioned her.
"Yes I am. I created this guild about a year after you and your friends disappeared. Its a just a few months after your father's business was shut down, mine was shut down also." I didn't show it on my face but I was shocked. 'How is she the guild master?' I thought. "My guild is called Morningstar Knights."
Btw I do not own any of these characters except Leah. The creator of Fairy tail does.
