The group walked across the grounds to 1-A's dorm building. Where Midoriya and Bakugou were waiting. The early sun of winter hangs low in the sky.
"Hey All Might, who are they?" the broccoli boy asked
"This is Chara and Onyx, they'll be joining 1-A for a while"
"Hi" Onyx squeaked out, rubbing their arm nervously
"Hello," Chara said cheerfully
"What the fuck do you mean All Might?! Joining 1-A?!"
"Ah yes there's the angry pomeranian I was expecting" Onyx snickered.
"The fuck you mean by that huh?!"
"What I mean is you look like an angry Pomeranian dog"
"We should probably go and start training right?" Chara piped in.
"Absolutely," Onyx chirped like nothing just happened.
"Urr yes let's go" All Might uttered, rubbing the back of his neck, he then started to walk away. Every one hurried to follow,
"So what're your guy's quirks?" Midoriya asked
"Oh right... umm well, I should explain some bits before we start training." Chara said sheepishly.
"Yep number 9" Onyx mused.
"What?" Chara said confused, "Anyway, me and Onyx actually don't really know what our quirks are but we know a lot about your quirks, like One for All..." All Might choked out a cough of surprise
"Huh??" Midoriya said surprisingly
"Well, we're from a different dimension where you are all anime and manga characters" Onyx responded.
"Yeah, so we watched most of your story play out, and we learnt that Deku inherited One for All from All Might, with the relation to the quirk to All for One."
"Well, we know to about 4 months ahead"
"You do? Aw shit," All Might sighed
"We won't let it spill All Might, we know this is a huge secret, though we know that Bakugou also knows due to Deku and you trying to help him calm down."
"Which didn't happen easily" Onyx chuckled, "Also in our world quirks aren't really a thing."
"Which does kinda mean that we have no clue what these new quirks of ours are, it's kinda like we are learning to deal with our quirks like how Deku was with One for All..."
"Oh" Midoriya breathed
"Imma refer to mine as draconic as Ryukyu already has dragon so," Onyx hummed "and Chara you're kinda like the mythical creature gorgon, just without the snake tail"
"huh, yeah I guess, I would have thought more of medusa, like from the Greek mythology?"
"Medusa is a gorgon"
"Oh yeah, haha."
"You dunce" Onyx chuckled, Midoiya started to mumble about a lot of things.
Bakugou growled, "Shut up you dumb nerd"
"I think we broke Deku, sorry"
"Ah he always does that." All Might sighed "Anyway we're at the training grounds" The retired pro gestured to the gamma gym.
"Well, then we can see what your quirks can do then." Bakugou said cheerful/angry
"Yea" Onyx chirped.
"Okay, so how do we start?" Chara said, "Like to test what our quirks are, not like how Deku did when he kept on breaking his arms."
"Well we know that you can turn people to stone by looking at them and I can breathe very hot fire" Onyx hummed "Lemme think... What other powers do gorgons have... Well the snakes making up your hair could be venomous, You could also have increased strength i don't know. As for me... lets see, I can fly, I have Fire breath, my scales could be fireproof..." Slowly Onyx ended up muttering.
"Shit now we have two mumbling nerds." Bakugou growled.
"Clearly... hahah"
"I heard that," Onyx snarled, tail lashing.
"I know."
"I'm curious as to how large Onyx's wings are to be honest." Deku mused
"Well we could find out right now correct?"
"Yep" Onyx chuffed, starting to unfurl their wings. They were slightly larger than Hawk's feathered wings,
"Woah" deku awed, bringing a tape measure out of nowhere and moving behind the draconic, he gulped "Can i have some help?"
"Oh yeah sure, what do you need?"
"Can you hold one end of the tape at the base of her wing?" the greenette asked.
"I prefer they." Onyx rumbled shuddering as Deku moved behind them.
"Alright, and yeah they do"
"Oh sorry"
"It's fine." Onyx chirped. Deku ran his hand over the leathery webbing reaching the tip of the appendage.
"Woah they're 4 meters long"
"How the hell do you even have a tape measure for 4 meters?" Bakugo snorted.
"So I have a wing span of 8 meters? Holy shit on a brick"
"That's 2 meters larger than Hawk's wing span" All Might noted.
"Neat" Onyx hummed, flexing their wings upward "Now I just have to figure out how to fly" they folded their wings up against their back.
"Hey, when are we going to do some actual training?" yelled Bakugou
"Yeash looks like the pomerainian's got all riled up." Onyx huffed, turning to the loud blonde
"Heh, that is actually true, one thing me and Deku could do is some light fighting and combat, this would probably work better for myself?"
"Fair point," Onyx mused, "kinda interested if i can take boom boom's explosions, tho I'm not great at fighting"
"Well, All Might, you think that would be cool?"
"It would test both your abilities and give these two a chance to work on their quirks as well." The retired blonde nodded.
"Alright then, cmon Boom Boom boy" Onyx rumbled, taking of their black leather jacket and casting it aside,
"Your dead scale breath" Bakugou snarled in response, charging at them, hands cracking with explosions.
"Ready to do some sparring, Deku?"
"Yea!" came the response, green lightning starting to crackle all over his body.
