Chapter 7️⃣- Season 2

*Rose's POV*
I don't remember the drive to the farm as I must've fallen asleep as it was pretty dark and I was tired, I only remember waking up the next morning by a sweet blonde girl called Beth who helped me change clothes and clean up before I ate breakfast but I didn't eat much, which I think worried others but I can't eat much, haven't been able to since all this started. Once I finished breakfast, I went to go check on Carl as I haven't seen him since what happened. The nice man, Hershel saved his life and he talked to me about how he did it, which I actually find interesting to know about. I don't think dad likes that I learned about all that but I want to be able to help others in this world. I also went to see Lori and Rick as Lori has helped me with 'girl things' that I can't say or talk about to dad.
I try to stay away from Shane as I don't think he likes me as he doesn't like my dad and I'm a lot like my dad, since he was the one who raised me.
Once the rest of the group came, I went outside with everyone and went right to dad, who was relieved that I was ok then we all had a funeral for Otis, the man who went with Shane to get things to save Carl, something isn't quite right with Shane, it always hasn't been right with him.
The adults spent time working out a plan to find Sophia, I'm not sure it'll work but dad will be the one going, I don't want him to go and leave me again, I asked him if I could go with him to find her but he says that it's safer on the farm, with the group and some strangers who don't know us. There will be gun training soon, hopefully dad lets me be part of that but I'm not sure as I'm still young, I only have my crossbow, which dad now keeps so that I don't 'injure' myself with it. He forgets that I survived 2 weeks before we found each other, 2 weeks on my own. I managed to stay out of sight for most of it, didn't get caught or seen by many walkers. My dad can be stubborn a lot of the time but he also cares for me more.
