He wanted to pause time, hell a part of him just wants to end himself right here right now as they were walking to that tunnel. The tunnel where he saw the unfamiliar periwinkle light at the end; the same tunnel when he heard the voices that haunted him for so many days. He wanted to scream at so many people to just stop on their tracks and warn them what he saw on the other side.

But he knew it was hopeless; knowing very well that whatever word that will speak between his two lips will be ignored. They knew Bad was an experienced sorcerer and Dream did too.

The half-demon spent most of his life about mythical creatures, natural sources, the magic of the universe, and potions or maybe even dark magic. So whatever he is going to be showing them in the following moments will be a huge help to saving them and the world.

"I thought the Shadow Ones were just a myth. No one really believed them to this day. Most civilians completely forgot about them and the history of these creatures was lost for so many decades and centuries only appearing as a belief. So hearing this information surprised me for so many miles you can imagine" Bad spoke twisting his body to the corner of the wall to the left going in another direction.

To Dream's surprise, the tunnel they were walking through right now was dark. That they had to order Sapnap and Techno to use their fire elements to light up the place. "How long is this going to take? My energy is getting weaker by the minute" Sapnap whined glaring to his back and seeing all of them including Dream rolling their eyes.

He scoffed huffing as he still held his hands in front of him carrying a light of the fire on his hands flouting as it lit up the place together with the help of Techno who was on the back guarding. Bad chuckled, "Do not worry" he said, "Just a couple more steps we will reach the last step to our destination" he spoke giving a simple smile to Sapnap who only huffed.

Just a couple more steps, Dream thought gulping quietly, not like it paranoids me or anything. He thought nervously gripping onto George's hand tightly who was holding his secretly from the group who was in front of them.

He saw George widen his eyes startled at the sudden action he made making the brunet look up to him slightly worried, "You're holding my hand as if your and my life is depended on it" George muttered giving Dream a look of concern, "You aren't sick are you? I'll tell them to stop and leave us alone if you are" he smiled reassuring the dirty blond.

Dream shook his head glancing to George who held his hand to Dream's softly as his fingertips brushed against Dream's that made butterflies swarm into his stomach secretly, "I'm not" he murmured, "I'm okay I just don't want you to get out of my sight" he said. Technically, it wasn't a lie but it was also a lie.

Yes, he didn't want George out of his sight but that wasn't the exact reason he held him for his dear life. The real reason was that they were just a couple more steps to the end. A couple more steps until they see where Dream has seen the blur of periwinkle light and heard the voices that echoed through the tunnel not a long time ago.

George grinned but he was barely showing his teeth, "You won't lose me" he said glancing at both his hand and Dream's who was brushing against each other, "And I won't lose you" he was now holding Dream's hand tighter than how Dream held his making Dream's heart do flips. Dream was lucky that he can control how his body works not letting himself blush at that point and scream.

"And here we are!" Bad exclaimed which gained the attention of both Dream and George making them let go of each other hands turning all their attention to the end of the tunnel. Dream cursed under his breath once again paranoid when he heard Bad giving a gulp to himself in nervousness.

When he took a step inside he was met by a wide, large stone room but he would call it more of a battlefield. "Welcome to the Field of Elements!" Bad exclaimed as voices of amazement spoke to the silent atmosphere.
