Every relationship has its moments. Those moments we say we'll remember forever, sometimes we don't even have to say it, we just remember.

In Natasha and Wanda's case, it was throughout the younger woman's pregnancy and the few months after. Reason being, they had both always wanted children of their own, but Natasha was unable to fall pregnant and Wanda thought nobody would love her enough to want a child with her so you could only imagine how joyful they were when they found out.

These memories they hold, have been their most cherished for the past 10 years, even though they weren't entirely happy with some of them, it confirmed they'd get their happy ending.

Finding Out.
February 25th, 2024

The couple had been trying for a child for just over three years, every negative pregnancy test was a little bit more of their heart breaking regardless of how much love they contained.

They had tried multiple sperm donors, different clinics and doctors. It got to the point where they checked how fertile Wanda was. She was perfectly fine, still no positive pregnancy tests though.

During the third year of trying, Wanda's hope of bearing her own child nearly disappeared until her wife came up with the idea of asking their friend Bruce Banner for help.

The two women went to visit the scientist in his lab, he wasn't busy with anything major so he agreed to help find a solution or a possible cause to their situation.

After hours of exams and theories the man came to a conclusion, "Your body isn't compatible with male sperm Wanda. I'm sorry but you might never be able to get pregnant" he said to the woman sitting on a metal table.

Tears started to fill her eyes and fall down her cheeks, when her wife noticed, she brought her into a hug as Wanda sobbed into her shoulder.

She stood like that for 10 minutes before Wanda fell asleep. Natasha slowly let her wife's body lay on the metal surface and made sure she was comfortable. Well as comfortable as you can get on a table.

She turned around to face Bruce, "Are you sure there's nothing else we can do?" she asked.

"Well Nat, I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I can't think of anything else" he admitted.

Natasha placed her hands on her hips and looked down to prevent her emotions from showing too much. She looked back up at him once she controlled her tears from dropping," You said she isn't compatible with a guy's genes and sperm?" she asked.

He nodded in reply and raised an eyebrow out of curiosity.

"Why don't we try that bone marrow into sperm thing? It could work!" She suggested.

"Nat those babies don't always make it out, sometimes they don't even come out looking like babies"

"Yes but it wouldn't be male, it would be from me, so female" she paused, "And in all honesty, it could look like an alien for all I care, it'd biologically be our baby" she said.

He nodded and pointed to a hospital bed to lay on. He put her under anaesthesia through and IV. Once she was unconscious, he used his tools to collect enough bone just in case the first try doesn't work out.

An few hours later, both women woke up and went back to their home.

A week after the lab, Bruce and given the syringes filled with sperm to Natasha.

She spoke to Wanda, throughout the entire conversation she had confusion showing on her face. Yet she agreed to it .

After Natasha had injected it into her wife, they took a pregnancy test right away out of excitement. When the results came back negative they had both cried themselves to sleep that night.
