"Hawakan mo skirt ng gown tapos hawiin mo then laugh. You look gorgeous when you laugh!" I instructed my model as I adjust the camera lens to fix my focus.

I quickly went on my shutter mode  with my camera. She was laughing in pretend for the shot but it ended up being a real laugh kaya napatawa na rin ako.

Medyo mahangin sa dalampasigan but that's how it really should be. It's already around quarter to 4 kaya papalubog na ang araw.

She wanted a sunset themed prenuptial photoshoot for her wedding. And I think it suits her personality also.

"Haaay! I love the sea!" She concluded after we did a couple more shots. Some with a prop on hand and others with just her.

"Ako rin, Ma'am! Back at my parents' province, ang sarap ng hangin sa dalampasigan doon. Home is definitely where the beauty is," Pagpo-promote ko sa probinsya namin.

Tumango-tango siya habang tinitignan ang camera ko while browsing for the pics.

"Talaga ba? Mukhang masarap magbakasyon diyan Carissa ah," Interesado niyang tugon.

Follow up niyang tanong.

It was almost the same surreal orange sky with the same cerulean blue sea from my hometown. The scenery that I captured when I was still a teenager. The shot of this breathtaking view gave me a chance to study at my dream school. But, this view is even better up close. How close you may ask? So close that you need to ride a fisherman's boat for the shot.

A fisherman's boat.

A fisherman.

A man.

Nasaan na kaya siya?

I needed to prep for the bride’s wedding, considering that I will also be her wedding photographer. Hindi lang sa prenuptial.

I have been doing this for years but somehow it still amazes me. The lights, the flowers, the overall motif that envelopes the church. The red carpet down the nave, the excited guests and their giveaways.

Sinuyod ko ang buong simbahan, taking shots of the details that I will later post on my page for publicity. The wedding was held in a church with a garden side, and the venue is the little gazebo located at the garden.

As I was wandering about with my camera, nakatingin ako sa taas nang marealize na may decorations sa kisame ng simbahan. A picturesque of a beautiful sunset at the beach. I quickly took a shot of it and walked around to fully capture the whole picture.

I quickly turned around to apologize but the person Iwas about to apologize to, made me feel dizzy.

“I’m sorry,”

He said with no emotions when he realized who he almost tripped.

Tall. Tan. Gentle. That was he was.

Now he's just, tall, tan and heartless.

My eyes went teary and I took a step back. I looked everywhere except his eyes, whose trying to catch mine at the same time.

“I'm sorry.”

I also apologized, as I took a few steps back more before quickly turning around and running away.

The phrase meant more. Sorry won't cut it.
