After walking away from your family, you head across the hall to Izuku and Ochako's apartment. "What do you need, (Y/n)?" Ochako asks when she opens the door, "Could I stay over for a while? Alex and Mika are really upset with me." you explain, "Of course! Come in, come in." you walk into their home, and see Abagale, Akiya, and Izuku all sitting in the living room. "Uncle (Y/n)! What are you doing here?" Abagale asks, "I'm gonna stay over here for a while. Your aunt and cousin are upset right now." you explain, "Everything is okay though, right?" Izuku asks tentatively, "We'll see, I suppose." he sighs heavily, and walks over to you. "(Y/n)...are you going to make it through this?" he asks quietly. You feel your world shattering down on you as you respond, "I will. I have to. But I don't know that my family will." you admit. "(Y/n) why do you do this to yourself? You know it is your own fault, right?" he asks, looking at you disappointedly, "Yeah. I know I fucked up, but at this point I can't fix it. Please make sure to prioritize your family. I didn't because I wanted to be the hero...don't make my mistake. Please." you beg him, "You can stay here, (Y/n), but please know that it's not too late. At the very least, make it through this. If the angel of death attacks, we will lose. Do not forget why you are still trying." he pats your shoulder, and takes a few steps back before speaking normally again. "(Y/n) would you rather sleep on the couch...or Michi's bed?" he asks, "Couch please." you respond immediately. "Izuku, you need to go keep helping with the housing. I can handle (Y/n) and the kids." Ochako says, almost pushing Izuku out the door, "Alright, bye kids!" he leaves, and Ochako looks back at you. "Get some sleep. We both know good and well this could be your last shot."

You wake up on the couch, unsure of what time it is, but seeing light outside still. "Mom! (Y/n) woke up!" Akiya calls, "What time is it?" you ask him, "About three in the afternoon." he answers. "Great, I was just about to wake you. The civilians are all housed and staying inside and quiet. Families are all together again, and everyone seems content at the moment." Ochako fills you in. "How many people do we have?" "Maybe eleven thousand? We are packed full for what rations we have should allow." she answers. "Not bad...any immediate threats?" you ask, "Not a thing." she shakes her head, before adding "the number of heroes we have gathered here is really astonishing. Basement floor three is completely full of them, and others are sharing rooms in the agency itself." "Lets get the top five in a meeting. We need to discuss a course of action."

After gathering Izuku, Katsuki, Shoto, Hawks, and Fumikage, you sit down at the meeting table and start to speak. "Have we been able to make contact with the Americas yet?" you ask, "No, and it has only gotten worse. Countries seem to be dropping like flies. 19 African countries have gone silent, we can't contact any other islands, and 44 European countries are unresponsive. A few videos have been posted online from these countries during the attack, and whatever is causing this is making us use nuclear missiles, and they aren't working. 89 missiles have been confirmed, but countries keep going dark." Hawks explains. "Then I suppose it's time we make a choice. Do we help them? Or do we stay here, and try to protect what we have here?" Fumikage asks, "We can't leave them to die." Izuku insists, "We also cannot send people to their deaths." Shoto argues. "Let them decide. We give every single hero three options: Stay here, Help as much as possible in the rest of Japan, or travel abroad." Katsuki suggests, "I agree with Dynamight, here. Personally, I can't stand the idea of staying inside this big metal bubble while the rest of Japan dies." Hawks agrees, "Same here. We must let people decide their own fate." Fumikage adds. "Then it's decided. Izuku, you lead those staying here. Hawks, you organize the people protecting greater Japan. We will send those who want to go abroad wherever they need to go with whatever we have. Sound good?" everyone agrees to your plan, and you start asking heroes what they want to do.

Abroad: Chargebolt, Anima, Cellophane, Tsukuyomi, Jack Mantis, Vine, Rocketti, Comicman, Emily, Lemillion, Nejire-Chan, Gale Force, Chewyee, Shishikross, Illus-O-Camie, Endeavor, Mirko, Ryukyu, Fat Gum, Yoroi Musha, Crust, and Majestic.

Greater Japan: Froppy, Ingenium, Tentacole, Real Steel, Vantablack, Rule, Shemage, Mines, Lizardy, Mudman, Plamo, Suneater, Ms. Joke, Grand, Turtle Neck, Mr. Smith, Boomerang Man, Best Jeanist, Edgeshot, Wash, Mandalay, Pixie-bob, Tiger, Ragdoll, Centipeder, Bubble Girl, Selkie, Sirius, Gentle Criminal, La Brava, Twice, and Toga.

(AN: Each character has a valid reason for their decision, if you want to know said reason, just comment and ask. Just too much to write out and keep even vaguely interesting.)

Once you get everyone's decisions finalized, you make an announcement over the PA system, wired everywhere in the compound. "Anyone, whether a hero or not, with a teleportation, portal, or warp style quirk, please find the nearest report to the Lobby of the Hero Conglamerate Agency immediately." in about an hour, you gather everyone heading abroad, along with Monoma. Eventually someone finally comes forward and explains that they have a quirk to make portals, but don't know how to use or control it at all. "Phantom Thief, could you try to use their quirk?" you ask him. "Of course." Monoma places a hand on their shoulder, and immediately you can tell that it worked. "Any sort of distance limit?" you ask, "5000 miles, and I can't go through it." he explains, "Good enough."

"Everyone tell me where you want to go, and I'll bring you there. Please just remember that this is a one-way trip. Once you are gone, we cannot bring you back. You also might not like what you find on the other end, depending on where you go you could be in a big crater, or the only human for a hundred miles. Please be careful." Monoma starts opening people portals, and after a single minute, all the heroes are gone.

Possibly forever.
