6 moons had already passed and Snarlkit was going to be apprenticed. Darkstar hopped on top of the Highrock and said " Let all cats old anough to ketch pray join beneath the Highrock for a Clan meeting!!" yowled Darkstar. His eyes glittered with excitement. His only kit was going to be an apprentice. After 6 moons, nobody found out who Snarlkit's real parents were.
Snarlkit and his "brothers" were sitting beside Leopardblaze. "Sit still, Snarlkit!!" said Leopardblaze. "STOP LICKING ME!" yowled Snarlkit. The yowl was loud anough for the whole Clan to hear. "Be quiet, Snarlkit!" said Leopardblaze, trying to stay calm.
"We have are all here because 3 of Leopardblaze's kits are going to become apprentices." started Darkkstar. "Lionkit, do you promise to learn and respect the warrior code and spair your life for the cost of your Clan?" asked Darkstar. "I do." meowed the small kit. "Then, from this momment on, until you r a warrior, that is, you will be known as Lionpaw. Jaggedfur, you have shown yourself worthy of an apprentice. You will be Lionpaw's mentor." Jaggedfur said nothing. He just smiled. "Blackkit, do you promise to learn and respect the warrior code and spair your life for the cost of the Clan?" said Darkstar. "I do, Darkstar." meowed the black kit. "Then from this momment on, you shall be known as Blackpaw. Crowwish, you will be Blackpaw's mentor. Train her well." It was finally Snarlkit's turn. "Snarlkit, do you promise to learn and respect the warrior code and spair your life for the cost of the Clan?" meowed Darkstar. "Yep... I do." Darkstar looked so proud! "Then from this momment on, you will be known as Snarlpaw! And I will be your mentor. Meeting dismissed!!!" yowled Darkstar.
