C H A P T E R 21

A/N
PLEASE READ
I rarely put authors note at the top of chapters but please read this, so this is some more terminology I'm gonna be using (I don't know if I used that word right) anyway, munchies means snacks/food, trollies means shopping cart, trackies means sweatpants, jumper means hoodies, crew necks, zip ups ect, shops/shopping centre means the mall, assembly is where all the students and most teachers go down to the hall and the teacher talk about random shit, I just don't know if it's called assembly in other countries.

If I missed any and you don't know what it means PLEASE comment or text me I'll try and reply asap I just find it easier to type how people talk at my school.

Stars POV:
I hugged the pair back pulling away smiling at them as they smiled back "oh my god I missed you" Clancey said as she kissed my cheek giving me another hug. "Dude I missed you so much" Savannah said putting her hand on my shoulder, "I missed you guys, oh this is Jayla, Jaden and Javon" I said as I pointed to them, Clancey went up and dabbed them up "I'm Clancey" Savannah did the same "Savannah".

"We should probably go in" we grabbed our books as we all walked in and our teacher walked up to us "I'm glad you found your way back to our school" "only temporarily" he shook his head, looking back at the other three "are you guys the other new kids" he said and they nodded "can tell us about yourselves" he said leaning on the desk.

Jayla and Javon pushed Jaden infront, he turned around flipping them off then turning back around "uh I'm Jaden, I guess I play baseball" he said as he walked over to where I was standing "I'm Javon, I box and I'm Jadens twin" "oh yeah we're twins I forgot" Jaden said "you're an idiot" "I'm Jayla, I box too".
"Aren't you guys interesting, take a seat".

Everyone stared at Javon, I knew why and I'm pretty sure everyone else did but just to be dicks we all collectively sat in a row where not many people were sitting and Javon sat in between Jaden and I, Jayla was sat on the other side of Jaden and I was near Casey, he was an old friend, we never really talked though.

Third Person POV:
The four of them sat in class talking making jokes and trying their best to be silent so they don't piss of the teacher during their first class there.

At this school there's only 4 periods, technically 5 but nobody really counts homeroom as a class, they all go for 70 minutes, apart from homeroom which goes for 10 minutes. They have 2 breaks, first break and second break, first break goes for 30 minutes and the second for 45 minutes.
The school is also divided by different blocks and everyone has classes from multiple different blocks, for example, most English, and History classes are in H block as it's more of a sit down type of class instead of a move around class like Drama or Music where it's in the P block also known at the PAC, all the science classes are usually in K block ect.

Star loves it there, but at the same time hates it, she doesn't know how to explain it, perhaps it may just be because half of her teenage memories were made there and she doesn't remember to much of her childhood, or because it's her hometown, but this school will forever have a place in her heart, no matter how much trauma it had given her over the years.

Stars POV:
It was around 10am and this class finished at 10:05am, so I started to slowly pack my things away as did everyone else, Jayla and Javon caught on packing up aswell whereas Jaden sat there his head in hand staring boredly at the board. Javon elbowed him pointing to everyone packing up and he started packing up to.
The bell rang and we all piled out of the class going to our bags putting our books in there.

"Let me check your timetables" I asked them as they pulled out their timetables showing me, "Jayla and Javon you're in ITD, ha Jaden you're in business" "wait why's Business so bad" he asked snatching his timetable back scanning it concerned, "the teacher is an asshole, I'll walk you guys to class" I said as I put my bag over my shoulder going to start walking with them.

"Star, wait" thuds coming from behind me as a hand is placed on my shoulder "what class do you have next" I recognised the voice.

Jared.

"Music, why?" He sighed relived "I have that class too, go with me?" "I have to walk them to class but you can come with us if you want" I said as we all started to walk and talk "actually can you meet me at the toilets when you're done, because I want to choof" I nodded and he ran down the stairs.

"Jaden want me to drop you off first" I asked sarcastically walking out of the science building "fuck no" I laughed "okay we'll go to ITD first".
"What even is ITD" Jayla asked "you basically just get to build shit, it's fun as and if you've got that old teacher he's kind of annoying but he doesn't really care what you do" I said as we were almost at the building and most people were starting to walk into class. "Well have fun" I said to Jayla and Javon giving them a hug "meet me over at the toilets there" I said pointing to the E block toilets and they nodded.

"Poor Jaden, has to have this shitty teacher and doesn't have anyone to handle it with" i said teasingly as we walked to his class "go fuck yourself", we got to his class, he grabbed his books from his bag and opened the door "goodluck little Jadey poo" I said squishing his cheeks purposely trying to embarrass him "fuck you" he said hitting my hands away, "you love me" he rolled his eyes walking into his class and I walked over to the toilets where Jared was.

I texted him saying I was outside, I heard some thudding then him walk out and smile at me giving me a hug "it's good to see you again" I hugged back "it's good to see you" "sorry I didn't hug you at class, I didn't want to get up and be the only boy giving you a hug" he explained, I knew Jared was always that little bit shy so I didn't really care all to much.
"That's okay, but we should get to class" he agreed and we started walking to our class, we were only a couple of minutes late so it didn't matter to much.

"Your assessment for this half of the term is that you find a partner or a group and create either a mashup of a song or change the genre" our teacher started to explain as he showed us examples of past classes and different ways we can do this. "Okay you can start and find your partners".
Jared turned to face me and I just nodded as we both got up and went into another little practice room with some electric pianos, electric guitars and drums.

"So what do you wanna do for it?"

Thank you guys so much for reading, yes I know I've haven't been posting to much and the chapters haven't been juicy but I swear that when it gets to the juicy parts I won't take as long to upload the next chapter since I don't want to keep you guys waiting.
