What if Shigaraki Tomara was never a villain but instead became a hero in training and lives with his mother Midoriya Inko and little brother Midoriya Izuku.
The UA entrance exam is in 10 months and Izuku has been panicked none stop. His quirk was strong, anyone with braincells could figure that out. The problem was controll, if Izuku panicked or felt any strong emotion then his quirk would go haywire so that means that he needs to train to controll it and his emotions.

Today is the day we start Izuku's training!
"Wake up sleepy head" I say poking him
"Mm- ten more minutes!" He says pushing my hand away
"Oh I was going to get you Eraser merch when we finish training but oh well~" I say walking towards the door
"Eraser merch!-ouch!" He exclaimed as he fell out of bed "wait training?"
"Oh did I forget to mention?" I say playfully "I was planning to help you train your quirk today and then get you Eraser merch and possibly ice-cream"
After that he push me out the door in a hurry.
"Get out so I can get ready!" Izuku practically screamed
I make my way downstairs where Mom was making pancakes. She always made the best pancakes.
"I overheard your plan" she chuckled "thought I would make pancakes"
"We spoil him" I said as if the whole world knew
"Well I know your type of training and if it's like the way you train it's going to be brutal" she said bluntly
"The enterence exam will be worse if he's scared to even use his quirk, this will help his confidence and it's not like I'm going to get him something after" I say playing with a fork
Speaking of the devil, Izuku jogged down the stairs and sat down next to me.

"Pancakes, what's the occasion?" He asks
"Well your training which Tenko so I thought I would give you some encouragement" Mum answers which makes Izuku worried
"Is it that intense?" He asks panicked
"If it's anything like Tenko's training then you'll need all the help you can get" Mom said placing pancakes in front of him
While Izuku had a minor identity crisis I continued to eat my pancakes and planned out the type of training Izuku should have.

We head over to a beach or was a beach before people decided to turn it into a dump. Nether the less this is the perfect place to train Izuku's quirk! I've already asked permission to use our quirks and they agreed.
"This place is a dump" Izuku says bluntly
"That's why we're gonna clean it" I say rolling up my sleeves
"How is this gonna better my quirk?" He asks
"Well I got permission to use our quirks and it's secluded to you don't have to worry about hurting anyone!" I answer opening the rusted gate
Izuku's eyes glowed with determination! I'm glad he's exited because this it only the beginning. _____________________________________
It's been a few months and Izuku has made a lot of progress with his quirk and confidence! He can now lift a mountain of trash and only pay half attention! I still an suspect that he's still getting bullying at school but seems to not mind that much as before which is a good sign.

It's now 3 months until the enterence exam and I actually feel like I can do it! My quirk it stronger and Tenko believes I can do it so I can't let him down!
"So when is that Eraser merch you promised?" I asks laying on the soft sand
"Probably when it's the last day, just as a good luck gift" He answered playing with a old rubix cube we found
"That's so long away though~" I wined
"What, are you exited for the exam?" He asked
"Well I feel like I can actually do it so yea, I guess" I answered
"That's good" He smiled " you should be proud of how far you come"
"I wouldn't let you down!" I stood up in determination
