Camilos pov
I sat in my room and I couldn't keep the tears in anymore. It's been maybe an hour since we found yn. I thought she was joking at first but she can't remember anything, her name, the casita... not even me. We tried everything... but it was all gone. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. "Go away" I said and cringed once I heard my voice crack. Dolores walked in and closed the door. I turned away. I didn't want her to see me like this. She sat down on the bed next to me and I just sniffed. "Camilo..." she said softly and added "she's not gone, we can save her" I just looked down. "Just at least try to see if you can jog her memory's... bring her around town u guys had a lot of fun times there" Dolores said softly smiling. But it was an empty smile. She then got up and left the room.
I sighed and sat up straighter. I mean I guess I could try...
Yns pov
The curly haired boy with freckles grabbed my hand gently. "Come on I'll show u around town" he said smiling. Dolores told me that me and him were really close friends... I find him handsome tho we're we more than friends? I guess I can ask him... we were walking down the path and he said "sooo.... did Dolores tell u anything...." He couldn't seem to finish the sentence so I said "she told me we were really close friends". He looked down and kind of looked... sad. "Yah" was all he said.
We walked down past a tailors, an ice cream place, and a market when I saw a jewelry store. I stopped and looked at a gorgeous ring that shimmered in the light. Suddenly I felt a rush of adrenaline... and my brain flooded with...
My memories
My eyes settled on a spot right in front of the jewelry store window where.. me and Camilo kissed? I looked at his face and everything came flooding back, everything from last week, everything from this morning, and from the moment we met. I grabbed his wrist just now realizing he was staring at me. I kissed him passionately. His eyes widened with shock and he seemed kind of stiff at first then he melted into the kiss. I pulled away with our foreheads connecting "my Camilo madrigal... I remember you" I said tears forming in my eyes.
He just stood there with his mouth open, speechless. I smiled at him and he smiled back "...really?..." he asked tears in his eyes. "Really" I said stroking his cheek. He then grabbed my hand and dragged me back to the casita kind of in a hurry. Once we got to his room he shut the door and pinned me against the wall. Pressing his forehead against mine he said "I thought I lost you". My heart melted. "I promise it won't happen again" I said before kissing him.
I know it's short I will try to hurry with the next chapter anyways have a good day :)
