A few days after the family moved out, Kuri began her studies of the ancient manor, starting with Sophie's bedroom. As she looked around, she found prints on the window ledge.

"Interesting......this shouldn't be possible" she called dani and placed it on speaker.

"Dani?"

"Hey kuri! What's up?"

"Found some prints on the window leading out of Sophie's room to the backyard."

"That shouldn't be. Isn't her room like 3 stroies up?"

"Yes it's on the highest floor. Whoever placed her body here couldn't have brought her through the window without help. Check the cameras around the property for me"

"On it" Kuri continued to look around, picking up evidence and taking pictures with her camera.

"I'm sending pictures to you from the crime scene now"

"Alright"

A while later, dani spoke

"Alright I got it. So on the day of her being found, two men visited the house in the morning. They went in and came out a few hours later. That's all I have"

"No cameras from the back?"

"Nada. I don't think they have cameras in the back." kuri sighed and spoke

"Fine. thanks love. Check the photos for me and I'll get back to you later"

"Ok bye" she hung up and was packing up when she heard a creak behind her. Slipping a knife out of her sleeve, she spun to see two women in masks with guns pointed at her. They lowered their guns and the shorter of the two spoke.

"Kuri yeager?" her eyes widened.

"Sky alert?" the two took off their masks and kuri spoke

"Eli ackerman? What are you two doing here?"

"Same as you," sky started and looked at eli.

"Solving the murder"
