Your friends were your main source of happiness. I mean sure, other things made you happy like music, Netflix, art, etc., but nothing could make you happier than those 3 geeks in your life.

Rory was the first to come along.

The 1st grade. All you remember is coming to school with new seats. You were sat next to this scrawny blonde kid with glasses and a constant look of confusion on his face.

"Hi. I'm Rory. Who are you?"

"My name's Y/N."

"Cool."

"Rory's good, too!" you stated with a simple smile.

That's all it took. One little conversation in the first grade to meet one of the people you cared for most. Eating together at lunch, swinging together at recess, sticking up for him when people started to pick on him. Your only true friend. Well... that was until you met Ethan and Benny.

You were in Ms. Lowe's 4th grade class. You didn't necessarily hate her class, but it could have been better. Especially if Rory had been there with you, but he was put in Mr. Hend's class.

You would have never imagined having fun in a class without Rory but Benny Weir and Ethan Morgan had different plans.

You were in a bad mood one morning after hearing that Rory wouldn't be coming to school because he was sick. Walking into Ms. Lowe's room you walked right to your seat, put your stuff away, and laid your head against the desk. You didn't know how much time had passed when the morning bell finally rang. As Ms. Lowe started class you grabbed a pencil and started on the work she had assigned.

"Whenever you are done with your work turn it into the green basket and then you get free time," explained Ms. Lowe.

You finished your work and turned it into the green basket and went right back to your desk. You hadn't really spoken with anyone all morning and thought no one had noticed.

"You talk chicken."

"I'll talk to them if you do."

"Deal."

"Are you alright?" questioned someone from above you. Raising your head you saw a brown-headed boy who you realized was Benny Weir.

"I'm ok," you responded.

"Your name is Y/N right?" questioned another boy you hadn't seen at first but now saw it was Ethan Morgan.

"Yeah. Benny and Ethan right?" you questioned.

"Yeah," they responded.

"Do you like movies?" asked Benny.

"Movies are cool.." you said, confused as to why they were trying to talk to you.

"What about video games?" came from Ethan.

"Those are cool too."

"Wanna hear a joke?" asked a suddenly ecstatic Benny.

"Sure," you replied.

"Can February March?" Benny laughed.

"What?" you questioned confused.

"No, but April May!" Benny continued a huge smile on his face.

Although the joke wasn't very funny a small smile cracked on your lips. A smile that Ethan and Benny not only created but caught.

"Hey Y/N, do you wanna eat lunch with us today?" asked Ethan.

"Yeah, and maybe play with us as recess?" Benny added on.

You paused a moment thinking of an answer.

"I would like that!" you say breaking into a full-on grin, your bad mood disappearing completely.

That was the start of your friendship with Benny Weir and Ethan Morgan. Soon after becoming friends with Ethan and Benny, you introduced them to Rory and they immediately hit it off. You all became what you called "The Uncalled Four", (props to Ethan for the name) and were seen as inseparable, even as freshmen in high school.
