"Hey, newbie" a blonde called "what?" a certain bluenette snapped back she'd only recently joined the dark guild shadow knights, "the boss says to come with me o-" Luca stopped when the bluenette raised a brow "Tsukime I wouldn't do that" Niko the only friend the girl had so far warned when she saw her friend open her mouth to say something "are you so incapable that you can't even take down a group of weaklings?" Luca grit his teeth scowling at the girl "no! I wouldn't come near you if the boss didn't say so" the girl rolled her eyes at the boy who was quick to lose his temper pushing herself off the wall "I'll see you May" her friend awkwardly waved to her.
"Where are you going, young lady?" Laxus asked the bluenette who walked out of her room carrying a bag "mission" Tsukime simply said not sparing her father a girl "what?! I told you can't-" he stopped when the front door slammed shut he sighed.
The two had continued to the destination they were supposed to be at with Tsukime looking around her with a bored face "y'know you could smile a little?" Tsukime once again raised a brow at the blonde "I'm here to do my job not look pretty" she did have a point "you look terrifying please stop making that face" Luca was also starting to get freaked with her face void of any emotion "so?" darn even though she was younger the newbie was very blunt even scary at times.
Although the two started off on a bad foot as she did with everyone else well except Haru and Niko as she liked to be called it was only later that Haru joined them.
"Don't you think it's time for you to forgive them?" Laxus asked bringing the girl out of her daze "it's not anything for me to forgive them for they brought this one themselves" Tsukime replied "I could care less about what they do now as I said before we walk different paths" the bluenette looked at her father with a bored face "I remember" Laxus nodded "but that's not how it works" the girl raised a brow "some point in the future Tsukime you'll regret not going after your friends even if you say-".
"They're not my friends!" a hand banged on the bar counter silencing the chatter as a resounding crack was heard one of the members walked up to the bluenette "hey Tsukime you-" "what do you want?" Tsukime turned to face the girl who stood her ground "you broke the bar!" Star Dragneel said man I'm about to blow my top Tsukime blew out steam through her nose trying not to explode before checking over the bar counter and looking over at the girl's seat "are you fucking kidding me? the bar counter is in tip-top shape even if Vulcans -god forbid that every happen- were to come to destroy the guild the bar would be fine" the girl humphed "yes but you almost broke the bar counter" the bluenette's eye twitched this bitch she pinched the bridge of her nose "go sit somewhere else if you're having such a big problem or piss off loser!" the girl was pissed as is now someone decided to come to piss her off more.
She sighed when she noticed her dad's calm gaze "god I'm becoming like that idiot day by day..." Tsukime sat back down calming herself down "you say that you don't care now but when something terrible happens to them Tsukime you'll curse yourself" that one pulled at her heartstrings "I've been there Tsuki turn back while there's still time otherwise you won't be able to turn back when your too deep in" Tsukime stared into those same sea-green eyes full of wisdom I'm such an idiot... her eyes widened as realization hit her.
Tsukime bolted from the bar "I'll be back before dinner dad!" she called over her shoulder "I'll have dinner ready" Laxus chuckled "gotcha old man" she spared him a thumbs up before she was out of sight Laxus smiled to himself knowing this was what she and the other three needed after all they grew up together and were the pillars that held each other up especially Tsukime she cared for her friends a lot being their leader the girl looked out for them like a mother protecting her children.
Niko whimpered holding her bleeding arm before she looked up at Luca wishing and hoping for Tsukime to be here the group had always been great friends despite the hostility Miya and Tsukime held towards each other however they were still like a small family so when Haru Gryder died they'd all had a fall out but Niko couldn't help but miss her best friend.
Both teammates were left surprised to say the least when bolt of lightning flashed infront them before a smile stretched both mages lips "oh we have a bunch of wannabe's on our hand do we?" Luca breathed a sigh of relief sitting back knowing that Tsukime will handle it after all she was the best the shadow knights the famous woman of the sea Aqua an undefeated S-class mage.
All three former teammates looked at each other trying to catch their breaths before fist bumping "let's go back" the two grabbed onto the girl "are you sure this fine?" Niko asked "don't worry about" the girl waved her friend off.
Laxus looked up at the guild doors which burst open with the three standing there equally scratched up if not more still trying to catch their breath "I'm back" Tsukime raised a hand "oh hold on I feel nauseus" the girl throwing up on the side of the guild "yeah us too Mr Dreyar" Luca said while Niko pat the girl's back "I told you not too" Niko sweatdropped this wasn't anything new to either of the group members Tsukime despite not suffering from motion sickness like other dragon slayers she did feel sick after using her lightning to get to places faster.
"Using my lightning magic was a bad idea" the girl sighed nursing the after effects of using her magic to get by "I warned you Tsuki" Niko shook her head "remind me again why you thought it was a great idea?" Laxus placed a cup of tea in front of her "I told it seemed like a great idea at the time beside it's the most quickest way" her father gave her a really look "that's by far the worst idea you've had" Laxus shook his head "eh you still love me though" the girl shrugged sipping her tea before sighing.
"Anywho moving on from the shock of my boyfriend" Tsukime broke the silence calming her blush down "is Miya lost somewhere or...?" the girl trailed off but they knew what she was asking "about that Tsuki Miya" the girl sighed "no wonder she was acting all high and mighty recently" the water mage shook her head disappointed that the brunette decided to join the dark side "but I'm glad you two are safe" Tsukime's eyes softened the tips of her lips curving into a soft motherly smile both mages' eyes widening before a cat like smile curved the cat girls lips "oh you're so sweet!" Niko launched herself at the bluenette.
A loud thud sound came from the bar area all heads turned in the direction to find Tsukime Dreyar on the guild floor with a certain cat loving auburn haired girl ontop of her "Niko I'm glad to see you too but please get off me" the girl wheezed before sweatdropping when her friend looked up with anime tears streaming down her cheeks.
