Adora's POV.

We were sitting on the waiting area outside school. Me, Glimmer and Bow were chatting.

I looked at my watch.

'7:05am'

"Litterally how can school be late to school, I just don't understand"

I told them, quite annoyed.

"Oh c'mon Adora, is this about to be ' I hate it when people are late ' conversation?" Bow laughed.

"Well its true, I mean-"

"omg Adora your dammed" Glimmer cut me off.

I notice they were staring at someone behind me.

Who was it? And why am I dammed? Im a school jock I could beat up anyone-

I stop my thoughts.

And stared at the future love of my life.

Catra.

She was on her bike, fixing her things and looked confused. She walked over to Scorpia and Entrapta. Until now, I was still staring. Omg I should look away now. But her outfit. Omg.

She looked over at me

I look away.

"I told you, you would be dammed."

I look at Glimmer and Bow as they tried not laughing their asses off.

"Adora you look like a tomato!" Bow shout-whispered. Not because he was trying to be quiet but because he was loosing air, good.

I looked away, embarrased hiding my face im my palms.

Why is she here?! I thought she dropped out? Omg do I look okay?!

Wait do I look okay?

I got my phone to open my camera, inspecting my face. I was red.

This is a no no. In school im known as the famous basket ball player, who was cool, a bit intimadating, and y'know popular stuff.

But right now? Im none of these things. Its embarrasing enough to know that Bow can see this. Only some people see this side of me, which was mostly the people involved with "The Horde Soldiers" I would sometimes go to their studio to hand over ideas or lyrics. And whenever Catra was there, I would become this.

Suddenly, Glimmer was tapping my shoulder furiously.

Catra's POV.

I walked passed the guards, and went over to scorpia.

"Hey, wildcat!" Scorpia surprised me with a hug. I honestly don't know why im still surprised.

"Scorpiaa!" I say annoyed. Physical touch just isn't my thing. Though there would be an exception.

"Catra! Did you read the book?" Entrapta said, sounding very excited...

"Its literally the first day of school 'trapta, what is there to read?" I said jokingly, though it is true. I haven't read anything.

"Adora you look like a tomato!"

Someone in the crowd of students said. It wasn't really that loud, these ears just help me hear a lot better. And also the fact that I heard Adora's name.

Yeah, yeah whatever. This is not because I like her or anything. It was just a familiar name, she's one of the best song writers in our band. No- best isn't a way to describe it... magical. Yeah her lyrics are like a god send to us. Once we finish a song with her, its goes viral immedietly. Plus, she's... pretty.

"Catra?" I snap out of my thoughts, and looked at the person who called me.

It was just Entrapta.

"Y-yes?" Omg why am I stuttering? And what is this feeling of spiders in my stomach?

"Omg Catra are you sick?? Your face is heating up" Scorpia went up close and started feeling my face with her hands.

I quickly removed her hands from my face.

"Im fine mom. Its just really hot here"

Scorpia is basically mom material.

I look back at the person who shouted Adora's name only to find her sitting beside them with her hands in her face.

What got her workep up so much?

I look to her left and see Glimmer trying to catch her breath. Glimmer was our lead singer, and also the roommate of Adora.

Wait why are they here though? Is this their school?

"Hey guys, im going over to Glimmer."

"Oh okay, have fun!"

I walked over to them, to see Adora with a red face. I guess it was really the weather.

"Hi Sparkles!!" I said as Glimmer scooted over for room for me to sit.

"Omg Hi Catra!! I didn't know you went here?"

"Well Im kind of a transfer student here. Who's this?" I pointed at the man with a crop top.

"Oh, hi! Im Bow!! Welcome to Bright Moon Academy. I can tell were gonna be good friends."

Bow said a bit giggly. Adora slightly kicked him in the ankle.

"Hehe me too."

I look over to my side it was Adora. She was drinking from her water bottle. The sight was quite nice if I was honest.

"Hey Adora~"

I say a bit flirty. Which kinda surprised me but its cool anyway.

She wiped her chin and turned over to me. Her blond hair falling in her face in the most perfect way. Her blue eyes curling as she smiled at me.

"H-Hey Catra"

We both looked at eachother in silence for a moment. Slowly I could also feel my cheeks getting red.

"*AHEM AHEM*" Glimmer coughs trying to get our attention.

We automatically looked away.

"Yes Glimmer?" Im quite annoyed, not sure why.

"The school doors are open so we can go in now"

"Oh, okay. I'll see you guys later!" I run over to Scorpia and entrapra who were calling my name.

Adora's POV.

What just happened. I was in our classroom right now. But I still feel like I was in the waiting area.

We were totally checking eachother out for like a solid minute.

I still can't believe she's gonna be a student here! My reputation is about to get ruined... not that I care its just y'know scary.

"Ms. Gray please report to the principals office."

I was suddenly cut out of my thoughts. As I heard my last name on the speaker.

"ooooooooh" everyone at class started oowing. Making me roll my eyes.

I walked out the door. And went to the Principals office. Its honestly nothing to be called there. I was an officer in our school since I pretty much grew here. So I was always being called here to do orders.

I walked in, and first thing I layed my eyes on were cat ears. Very familiar cat ears.
