A young man was looking through the window of his limousine. He had the screen up, shutting him off the driver. He didn't feel like talking anyway. He was just coming back home to attend his father's funeral, the day he looked out to for so long. He gritted his teeth at the memories of the tyrant flooding in his mind again. He chased them all away and took a deep breath. He was in charge of the family and the 'business' as he preferred to call it. Y/n L/n was the new head of mafia. At least that's how it was called when he was a child. Now it's the Platinum Dragon Tribe.

The clicked his tongue at the name. It was childish to him. As much as he hated his father, he liked the ways gangs and families used to resolve their conflicts. Now the things were different, various tribes were fighting for dominance playing Extreme Baseball. As if someone needed an excuse to use violence.

-It's stupid. – he muttered to himself and took a sip of the champagne he was drinking. Everyone was showing grief and sadness. Y/n wasn't even trying to hide the fact that he was celebrating.  The day he waited for so long finally came.

The limousine stopped at the gate. Few moments later it was let through. Y/n finished the champagne in his glass and readjusted his tie. The limousine came to a stop again and few seconds later his door have been open by the driver. The first thing he saw was his little brother standing in front of their people. Y/n got out of the car and walked up to Yume.

-I'm home. – he said, smiling lightly.

-Welcome back. – answered Yume and hugged his brother.

-You got taller than me. – pouted Y/n.

-Just a bit. – Yume snickered at Y/n's remark.

Y/n took his greetings from the other family and tribe members, then he was supposed to pay the last respect to his father. His coffin was standing in the main hall of the mansion. Y/n walked up to it with Yume at his side with stone cold face. He did all he could to not to smile at the sight, though he was pretty sure he failed to hide that small smile on his face.

-Look who's back. – he whispered to his father.

Time skip

After the dinner he had with the family, Y/n was laying in the hammock, gazing at the night sky above him. It reminded him about all the times he had to run away from home, when he had nowhere to go. At the same time it was calming, every time he ran away, he didn't have to worry for the beatings and his father's wrath. Until he ran away for good, staying in touch with Yume only. He knew their father wouldn't hurt his little brother. Y/n was the one to be turned into a killing machine, Yume was treated right.

-There you are. – Y/n looked in the direction of the voice to see his brother.

-What's up? – he asked.

-Nothing in particular, just wanted to catch up. – said Yume, throwing his jacket on the ground and sitting on it. – Are you leaving?

-I'm staying. – Y/n shook his head.– This XB thing is getting on my nerves.

-You're planning on fighting it?

-I plan on chasing the brats away from the adult's business. – he said with annoyance. – They all think being like us is a childish play. Even the biggest families had to go down to this level to mean something.

-Since when are you such a fan of tradition? – snorted Yume.

-Since I saw how it's dying. – Y/n answered. – I was trained to be the leader of the mafia, now it's all gone and I feel like the pain and crap I was going through mean nothing now. Which makes me hate our father even more. He wasted my childhood and teenage years and I'm supposed to be okay with that?

-You can always play XB like others. –pointed Yume. – I'm sure you'd be a good player.

-Rules are slowing everything down. –Y/n chuckled. – Violence doesn't need the rules. Neither do I - Saying that Y/n got up from the hammock and ruffled Yume's hair, much to his displeasure. – It's late, time to sleep.

-I'm not five anymore, you know that right? – smirked Yume.

-You can be even sixty five and I will still remind you about bedtime. – said Y/n, before they both went back in the mansion.

-What about ignoring the rules? –asked Yume.

-Touché. – chuckled Y/n. - We'll do that tomorrow, today was a tiresome day.
