if anyone knew fleur when it came to business, they would know she has a reserved dislike for meeting online even if it was covid. she always felt protective that she couldn't get a read on someone over the screen unlike in real life, she could observe their movements, how they talked, how they reacted to a certain thing.
she was an observer and liked to know things beforehand. of course, if whoever it was didn't feel comfortable, fleur wouldn't force them to do so... she just preferred seeing people.
