"UncleStefan!" I vamp rushed up the stairs. "Ye!" Stefan responded immediately. "Theprisoner got out," I spoke slowly. "What?!" Stefan vamp rushed past me knockingme over. "Ow!" I picked myself and rushed downstairs to the basement. Stefanwas stood at the open cell door. "Are you serious Y/N?!" Stefan yelled. "I'msorry. It was an accident," I started tearing up. "Do I look like a care ifit's an accident or not." Then my dad appeared in front of Stefan, "Stopyelling at my daughter!" "Damon, you know she-" Stefan started to say. "It wasan accident. Now, stop. yelling. at. my. daughter," My dad turned round, "Areyou okay?" "I'm sorry dad I didn't mean to," I apologized. My dad just pulledme into a hug, "I know! I know!" "Y/N-" Stefan tried to talk to me. "Don'tspeak," I pulled away from Damon and looked into Stefan eyes not even realizingthat I compelled him. Stefan just stomped his foot. "Whatever," I sighed,"Speak!" I stormed off. I was fed up of uncle Stefan. When I ran up the stairsnot looking where I was going I bumped into someone else and fell to theground. "Hey Rick," I gave him a sarcastic smile. "Sorry Y/N," He held out hishand to help me up. "Thanks," I took his hand and Alaric pulled me up, "Youhave always been the better uncle." "What do you mean?" Alaric asked. "You knowwhat Stefan's like. He can be an asshole when he thinks I do something wrong,"I tipped a book letting it fall on the floor which Alaric came and picked upimmediately after I walked past it. "Why did you specifically drop this one?"Alaric put it back on the shelf. "Off your game today huh?" I looked at him inconfusion. Not you," Alaric sat down on the sofa."You never bring up your profession," I sat on the other sofa across from him."She did something wrong!" Stefan came into the room and Damon followed behind."So she let Katherine out! That's not so bad. We can get her again easily,"Damon smirked. "No!" Stefan turned round. Damon chucked Stefan into a bookcaseand I jumped up. Stefan rushed over and they both started to wrestle. "Stop!" Iyelled but It was no use. "Stop it you children!" I heard Elena's voice. Iturned round and both her and Elijah were there. Stefan and Damon stopped.Elijah then rushed over to me. "You okay?" Elijah asked. I didn't say anythingso Elijah pulled me into a hug. Since we started to trust him he has become asort of guardian to me. We became really good friends. "Elijah, can you pleasetake Y/N somewhere else," Elena suggested. "Garden?" Elijah looked at me."Garden," I nodded. Elijah put an arm round me and rushed me outside to theGarden. It was my peaceful place. I walked over to the tiny pond and sat infront of it as the mini waterfall flowed. I crossed my legs and played with theflowers floating in the water. "Do you want to tell me what happened?" Elijahbrushed the grass a bit and sat down. He was wearing a suit as always. Hedoesn't like to get it dirty but he would for me. "I was checking on Katherineand she got out," I sighed but smiled when I saw a frog leaping in the lilypads, "Stefan got mad. Every time I do one little thing he thinks is wrong hegets mad at me and dad has to save the day. This time dad and uncle Stefan gotin a little fight before you arrived." "Here!" Elijah handed me a flower. Arose without thorns. "I told you not to pick my roses," I laughed. "But! I knowyou are happy when you hold it," Elijah smiled. "Thanks," I took the flower andsmelt it. "Your the best uncle. And don't tell Alaric I said that," I pointedat him. "I won't," Elijah smiled and put an arm round me.
