. First day of school after being home schooled for years. I didn't want to look soft on my first day so I decided to wear my leggings, a t-shirt, black high heel boots and my black leather jacket. I even rode my motorbike to school. I don't even need a helmet. When I parked my motorbike 2 boys looked over at me. I recognised them but when I went into school, I just walked past them. Not a word spoken.

After first and second period. I went to the library and drew. I wasn't sure what else to do. I like to draw my dad Derek and my great uncle Peter. If I had a brother or sister to hang out with, I probably wouldn't be sitting on my ass. "Hey! Were...," The 2 boys from earlier came over. "Stiles Stilinski!" I interrupted them, "Sarcastic, the jokester, detective, sone of the sheriff, possessed by the Nogitsune. Scott McCall! Werewolf, Alpha, brave, fell in love with an Argent." "And who would you be?" Scott asked. "Y/N Hale," I stuck out my hand but as soon as Stiles was going to shake my hand, I took it away. "Derek's sister?" Stiles questioned. "Daughter actually," I smiled. "Can we sit?" Stiles pointed at the chair. "Sure! Would I be able to stop you?" I raised my eyebrows. "That's Derek's daughter," Scott pulled out a chair and sat down. "Trust me. I'm way more than a badass werewolf's daughter McCall," I showed Scott and Stiles my red eyes. "How come Derek never told us about you?" Both of them said at the same time. "Looks like you two have the same brain," I laughed, "I don't like to be talked about. Also, before you ask its not kill or true. Derek... my dad saved my life making me an alpha. I'm honestly surprised that Peter hadn't killed me when I was young for it." "Peter?" Stiles looked shocked like he hadn't heard that name in forever. "Ye! My great uncle Peter. He's like a second father to me. He's always been kind to me since he turned good," I grinned. "Seen as we know your family do you want to be more involved in the pack?" Scott asked. "I'd love to. Just tell Isaac if he touches me, I will literally break his spine," I grabbed me stuff and walked out looking at Stiles.

At the end of school, I went outside and I saw a car I knew all to well. Great uncle Peters car. I hid round the corner and started to have a distant conversation with him. "What are you doing here Peter?" I whispered. "Making sure my favorite niece gets home safely," I heard Peter say, "Your farther told me to." "I'm not going home," I spoke stubbornly. "If this is about your mother..." Peter started to say. "No!" I interrupted him, "I lied to Scott and Stiles. I told them dad saved my life like he did for Cora. I killed her and I have to now live with that. I need to find out why she was bad. Now if you will excuse me, I'm going to pick up the evidence box and sheriff Stilinski said I could have. I need to know why uncle Peter." I started to run until I ended up at the sheriff station. "Hey Jordan!" I walked over to my best friend. "Hey Y/N," Jordan smiled. "How's my favourite hellhound?" I grinned. "I'm good," He nodded, "You here for the box?" "Yep!" I replied. "Miss Hale," Noah came out of this office. The sheriff. "Hey sheriff," I waved. "Here's the box," He held it out. "Thanks," I took it. "See you soon," He went back in his office. "Bye Parish!" I yelled. "Bye Hale!" He yelled back. This box was filled with things about my mum, our family and my mother's death. The box was restricted to me, my dad, Cora and Peter. "How many times are you going to look in that box?" Peter was waiting in front of the car. "Until I find out why mum was evil. Why I had to kill her," I walked over to him. "You did it to protect your family," Peter put his arms round me. "Been a while since you've been soft, Peter," I giggled. "Come on! Lets get home and yes I picked up your motorbike," Peter took the box from me and put it in the car.

Peter took me home back to our loft. "Hey sweetheart. How was your first day?" My dad asked. "Why is everyone being so soft today?" I turned to look at Peter, "You called dad when we were at the sheriff station didn't you?"
