Lets begin the maid training - Barbatos pt. 1

I randomly woke up in a random room, I had no clue where I was or how I got there. When I stood up and looked around someone spoke from behind me. "Hello Y/N, welcome to the devildom"! I quickly spun around to see a tall man with red hair in what looked like a red school uniform. I calmly asked, because I was to shocked and confused to panic, who he was and why I was here. "Ah, yes! I am lord Diavolo, the future demon king and the rad student council president. And you are currently in the devildom" he said.

I stood there for a good minute trying to process what I just heard. I soon asked him why I was brought here, and if I could go home. He chuckled, "I'm sorry but no you cannot go home. The reason I brought you here is because you will become a maid for the seven demon brothers". He stood aside to reveal 7 men standing behind him, the eldest who's name was Lucifer, introduced him and his brothers to me.

I once again had to take a minute to process what was happening, I soon finally spoke. "I'm sorry but why don't you just get someone in the devildom to be there maid, there has to be people willing, you know actual maids and butlers". Lucifer lightly chuckled and said, "we decided it'd be best to get a human since they will be easier to manipulate". He had said this so nonchalantly you didn't know how to retort, and honestly even if you tried you knew they wouldn't care.

I quickly tried to think of a way to get out of this, when it hit me. "I don't know the first thing about being a proper maid, you should get a actual maid from the human world to do this job" I said thinking I've found my ticket out. "We've thought of that, but we thought it'd be better to train a human from scratch to be perfect for the brothers" Diavolo said. "But who would train me?" When I said this a man stepped out from behind Diavolo. He had black hair with one longer piece that had a teal gradient and had this subtle resting smile on his face.

"I am Barbatos, the young masters butler, I shall be the one to train you" said Barbatos with a bow. I by now had realized that there was no escape, I had no choice but to become there maid. I wasn't excited to have to look after 7 people but something about Barbatos made it feel like, with his guidance, I would be able to handle this.

I assume my face showed my acceptance of my fate because Diavolo put his hand on my shoulder, with a hint of reassurance. "For the next week you will be living at my palace so Barbatos can train you. He will teach you the basics, and after that week you will move in with the brothers". I nodded and Diavolo walked led me over to Barbatos and than we all proceeded to walk to the demon lords castle.

Once we arrived Diavolo said he had some work to finish and left me with Barbatos. For a while we stood in silence. "We will not start training today, I assume you still need some time to process all that has happened today" Barbatos said breaking the silence. All I could do is slightly smile and nod thankful that he had noticed how much this was to take in.

Barbatos smiled, a little more than his resting one, and asked me to follow him. He brought me to a room and told me it would be my room for the week. He told me his room was right next to mine incase I needed anything through out the night. Wether it be to ask for water or if I needed someone to talk to to help process. I smiled at him and thanked him before he left me to relax. I looked around the room and found some pjs on the bed. I changed into them and laid on the bed staring at the ceiling.

At some point I feel asleep, I was working up by a knock at the door. I got up to answer it and saw Barbatos standing there with a tray of food and tea. "Good morning, I brought you some human world food and some tea for breakfast." He walked in and placed the trays on the table. I sat down, thanked him and asked if he could stay with me. There were 2 teacups so he sat down and poured us both some tea.

We sat in a comfortable silence for a while before Barbatos asked if I was processing things well. I shrugged, even unsure myself if I was, and looked away from Barbatos. He put a hand on my thigh, which caused me to look up at him. He told me that he would make sure I would be able to handle this and reassured me that he thought you'd do well.

I blushed a little appreciating all this reassurance and thanked him. He nodded and after that we just continued to talk for a little while. After we finished eating Barbatos had said it was time to start training, he grabbed the trays and led me to a room a couple doors down. The room looked like a tailor shop and there were 3 women in there. Barbatos said that they would measure me to make me some outfits to wear, that were more maid like, to wear when I go to the brother.

The lady's got my measurements I told them what styles and aesthetics I like so they could tailor the outfits to match them. Barbatos had gone to put the trays away and when he came back we were done. Barbatos than took me to do my first lessons. We enter a room and the first thing I see is cleaning supplies. This is when I remembered all the things maids need to do and my slight optimism I had from Barbatos' encouragement started to drain. Barbatos than put his hand on my shoulder and said

"Let's begin the maid training, don't worry you'll do amazing."
