I jump in the water letting it cover me the salty waves pulling me under. For the first time in a long time I felt almost at peace. Before we had come on this vacation the whole world felt like it was crumbling down around me leaving me to stand there a lone. Then this vacation came and once again the weight of the world was in my shoulders but this time my whole family was at risk.
I swim down as deep as I can still holding my breath. My ears started to hurt from the pressure then I was out of air.
I push my way up kicking my legs my moment of peace was gone. I break to the surface of the water to breathe. The salty air burning my lungs that had tried to give out on me moments before.
I just can't help but wish they had but here I am still swimming not sinking deep into the debts of the ocean.
I stick my face into the surface of the water swimming around breathing through my snorkel as I swim further into the the deep.
The fish swim under me as if I'm not there not caring that I could end there life's at any moment.
But the more you think about it the more my family are like the fish swimming along just hoping to survive.
And then there is the person who has the ability to take all that away. To end everything but that don't have to. That chose to abuse this power and take everything away from me and my family unless some one with more power can put a stop to it.
Sorry I haven't updated in a while I got busy with life but I hope you enjoyed this short chapter.
