(Julie wakes up in the middle of the night feeling a sharp pain in her lower back)
Julie: auch!
Luke: hey! What's wrong?
Julie: just a kick!
Luke: okay.
(Luke and Julie fell back to sleep)
(Later Julie gets up to pee)
(After she gets back she feels that sharp pain again, but this time in her lower belly)
Julie: agh.
Luke: everything okay? Another kick?
Julie: I don't really know!
Luke: is she coming?
Julie: no i don't think so, probably just early labor pains!
Luke: oh okay. It's only 5:50am wanna cuddle?
Julie: mhm
(Lukes pats Julie's belly)
Luke: you know what is crazy?
Julie: what?
Luke: that we're 2 days over the due date! She should come soon. I can't wait any longer!
Julie: haha yes. I don't want to be a hippo anymore!
Luke: you are a cute hippo.
Julie: haha thanks. Maybe i should walk some stairs or something to get that girl outa here.
Luke: yes we can walk together in the morning. Try to sleep okay?
(Julie tries to fall asleep but she just cant find a perfect spot)
(Luke wakes up again)
Luke: hey hippo? Whats up?
Julie: I can't sleep. Everything hurts.
Luke: your back again?
Julie: that too. But just Everything. My bump, my feet, my back, my rips!
Luke: I'm sorry.
Julie: it's okay. I just want to meet her so bad.
Luke: oh me too Julie!
(Luke draws circles around Julie's bump)
Luke: wow. Your belly is hard.
Julie: yeah right. I think she won't stay in there any longer.
Luke: you think she can come out today?
Julie: I don't know. We'll see!
(The 2 got up to eat breakfast)
(Julie's phone rings)
Julie: hello?....... hi dad.....no she is not here yet....... dad I told you that I'm calling you when she is here.......yes.......love you too....bye!
Luke: haha he can't wait any longer too huh?
Julie: nope he is so excited! Oh Flynn texted. She's coming over.
Luke: great. Should we walk some stairs till she's here.
Julie: sure!
(Both going up and down the stairs hand in hand till Flynn walks in)
Luke: oh hey Flynn.
Flynn: hey guys! How are you doing?
Julie: good i guess! We're trying to get this baby out!
Flynn: haha okay!
Julie: wow your bump grew!
Flynn: yes right! You look like your gonna pop!
Julie: and I feel like that.
Flynn: wanna watch a movie? You should not forget to rest Jules.
Luke: she's right.
Julie: okay let's go!
(The day went by fast, Julie, Luke and Flynn watched movies and talked the whole day, now Julie is about to get ready for bed Luke brushing his teeth)
Luke: so that was a great day!
Julie: yup.
Luke: the movie was so good!
Julie: mhm. Omg i have to pee. AGAIN
(Julie stands up, but suddenly hears a crack and water startet running down her legs)
Julie: ow. Oh oh
Luke: did you just pee yourself?
Julie: nope definitely not. Luke! My water broke!
Luke: what!! Are you sure!
Julie: yes I'am!
Luke: oh okay. Stay calm. I'll go call the others and I get your hospital bag!
Julie: ow! That hurts like hell!
(Julie uses her hands to support herself on the bed)
Luke: okay okay okay. Wait I'll help you down stairs!
(Luke helps Julie downstairs, and in the car)
Luke: okay it's happening. Omg!
Julie: mhm.
(Julie takes one of Luked hands)
Julie: I'm scared.
Luke: you don't have to be. I'm here!
Julie: ow.
Luke: another contraction?
Julie: yup.
Luke: how far apart?
Julie: 4 minutes
Luke: we're soon at the hospital!
(Luke drives to a parking spot, and gets a wheelchair for Julie)
Nurse: hello how can i help you?
Luke: my wife's water broke!
Nurse: okay! Follow me please!
(The Nurse takes them in a room)
(Luke helps Julie to get in the bed)
Nurse: The doctor is coming soon. Please just stay calm.
(Nurse leaves the room)
Julie: agh. I hate this
Luke: you will do great!
(Doctor comes in)
Doctor: hi. I'm miss lee. And i will be your doctor for today!
(4 hours of screaming and crying later)
Doctor: okay one last push!
Luke: you got this Jules!
Doctor: and here she is! Congratulations!
(Doctor places the baby on Julie's chest)
(Julie starts crying)
Julie: she is beautiful!
Luke: she is! She looks just like you!
(Luke starts tearing up too)
Luke: I'm so proud of you Julie!
(Luke kisses her sweaty forehead)
(Luke takes the babys little hand)
Doctor: so do you guys have a name?
Julie: yes its dahlia!
Luke: it fits perfect!
(2 hours later, Ray, Tia and Lukes parents came to visit)
Julie: come in!
(Julie holds dahlia in her arms)
