CHAPTER 1

"(Y/n)! His child!"

"What about her?"

"Who will she go to? Dumbledore you know he didn't do this! He would never have ratted them out!"

"I know that, Remus, but Sirius will be guilty until he is proved innocent."

A silence filled between the two men.

"(Y/n) was at the Potters when they were...murdered. She was playing with Harry."
Remus tensed at the word "murdered ".

"Was she hurt?" Remus said spacing off thinking of all the possibilities.

"She has a scar, much like Harry has on his forehead, except on just her right shoulder." Dumbledore said interrupting his thoughts.

"And where will she be staying." Remus said, as if he were an inquirer for the ministry.

"She will be staying with a family, not far from Harry. As she will be on his very street. Due to your...condition, otherwise no doubt I would've had her stay with you."

Remus nods. "And this family..." Remus got out before Dumbledore interrupts him.

"Is a family you know very well..."

Remus stared at Dumbledore as if begging for him to continue.

Dumbledore took his hint and satiated a word.

"The L/n's"

"They hate me!"

"Oh but they don't, Remus... they love you. Just your condition it scares them, only because they didn't know, and you didn't tell them."

Remus nods understandingly.

"Now i have to go meet Hagrid. We will talk soon?"

"I hope, Professor."

Dumbledore apparated away, as Remus apparated to the three broomsticks to get himself a butterbeer.

<TIME SKIP>

"Fancy seeing you here, Professor McGonagall." Dumbledore started.

"How did you know it was me?" She asked.

"My dear Professor, I've never seen a cat sit so stiffly." He replied.

"I still can't believe it about Lily and James, Albus."

"Yes, but-"

"And Sirius!" McGonagall cut him off. "I know what he did, but how I feel horrible his daughter! A year-and-a-half old and already-"

Albus cut her off saying, "She's alive Minerva, think nothing of it." McGonagall sighed of relief. "she has a scar on her right shoulder much like Harry does on his forehead."

Soon after that Will L/n  himself came out of his house. "Dumbledore, sir."Will said.

"Hello, Will. Sorry for being such short notice but- well you know..." Albus said.

"Yes..."Will pulled Dumbledore and himself away from McGonagall slightly, "You don't think Sirius really did it do you?"

"Of course not, but Sirius will be guilty until there's evidence to be proved not."

Will nods turning to the bright light coming in from the sky.
Hagrid lands and gently places a small, sleeping baby girl in Wills arms. He wearily smiles at her as he tearfully watches them drop off Harry. They come back and Hagrid starts speaking.

"Ther' uh...little fingers wer' linked all the ride here. Hard gettin' them to sperate for yeh'." 

"Thank you, Hagrid." Will said heading back into his own home.
Hagrid sadly chuckled a bit. Sad to see them go.

Dumbledore pipes up. "Cheer up Hagrid you will see them soon. And  I can already tell they're gonna be the best of friends."
