At Steve's words, I braced myself, pulling my staffs off my back, and allowing my eyes to glow blue and green. We walked forward, making Tony's team walk forward.

Those who could fly, flew, those who could run, ran. Peter ran right up to me as both sides clashed, and together, Wanda and I attacked him. She leviated objects to throw at him, while I shot sharp vines at him.

Wanda walked away, and from the corner of my eye, I saw her slam Natasha into a truck, making me gasp. I pinned Peter down with vines, detaining him so I could check on my sister.

I ran up to her, crouching next to her. "Please don't kill me." I begged, helping her up. She stood up with my help, and just looked at me.

"I know you're hurting, but this isn't good for you, Les. You know that." Natasha said, touching a piece of my hair, and staring at my odd eyes.

I sighed. "I don't know anything, anymore. All I know is that I'm innocent, and nobody cares." I said, turning and running over to assist Bucky.

While he choked T'challa, I ran in and kicked the panther in the stomach, pushing him back.

"We didn't kill your father." Bucky said, and I nodded.

T'challa advanced again. "Then why did you run?" He asked, lunging for me, but Bucky took the hit, pushing me out of the way.

They continued to fight, and from the side, I shot a vine, aimed at T'challa. It wrapped around him, and I manuvered him into a truck, freeing him.

Taking a deep breath, I looked at Bucky and took a mocking bow, before turning to help Wanda.

While I was with her, I heard Sam on the comms. 'No, you get to the jet! Both of you!' He said, making me tilt my head in sync with Wanda.

'The rest of us aren't getting out of here.' Sam continued, and I had to agree. I wasn't needed in Siberia, Bucky and Steve were. If letting myself get caught meant helping them suceed, I'd do it in a heartbeat, even if it meant my death.

Clint took over on comms. 'As much as I hate to admit it...if we're gonna win this one, some of us might have to lose it.' He said.

I knew what the right choice was, because I'd seen Natasha make the right choice firsthand. It's not saving yourself. It's saving everyone else, so they can survive. If I was ever going to be the hero I wanted to be, I needed to sacrifice myself, for the people I love.

Making my final decision, I said the daring words. "What's one more prison cell?" I joked, trying hard to conceal the fear that crept into my mind.

Bucky spoke right away. 'They'll kill you, Les. You can't go.' He said, breaking my heart even more.

Wiping a tear, I barely was able to say it, but I did. "I'll be okay. You'll save me. This isn't the real fight." I stated, taking a deep breath.

It was silent, until Steve spoke. 'All right, Sam. What's the play?' He asked, finally convinced.

'We need a diversion. Something big.' Sam suggested, while Wanda and I were being attacked by Peter. After using my powers all day, I was running low on energy, and I could tell that Wanda was too.

Scott suggested an idea this time. 'I got something kinda big. But I can't hold it very long. On my signal, run like hell. And if I tear myself in half, don't come back for me.'

Bucky's dumbfounded voice was heard next. 'He's gonna tear himself in half?' I smiled, while trying to delicately knock out Peter.

Steve was still apprehensive. 'You sure about this, Scott?' I heard him ask.
