You got out of the bath and got changed and brushed your teeth. You headed out of the bathroom towel drying your hair then remembered the letter, You decided to open it. You didn't recognize the handwriting but you decided to be careful as you read it, Just incase it was a bomb or something of the sort. It read:

Dear Y/N,

I doubt you know who I am as I left whenever you were only a year old. I am a Hidden Cloud Ninja and I am also your mother. It may surprise you that I'm contacting you but I figured I would as you are a ninja yourself and are discovering that you have some ablilities your father doesn't. You got those from me. And I figured with your father raising you, You're exactly like him. Which means you became an Anbu member. But word gets around and you've got a reputation going around. It says there is a little copy ninja who is more deadly than their father, As they are half of a Jinchūriki. So, You went and got in trouble? Just like your father. That's besides the point. I want to know where you are because I need to talk to you one on one. But it is only going to be me and you. That's it. Whenever you write me back we will set up a time and place to meet. And thank you for reading this.

You were shocked. Your mother was reaching out to you.. Why? Is it because of the Jinchūriki? Did she want to take it or did she want to help with your justu? You didn't know but after you dropped the letter after reading it a picture fell out. It was a picture of your Mom, Dad, and them holding You. Pure shock was on your face, And tears were streaming out of your eyes. You grabbed the letter and the picture and ran to Gaara's room. You didn't know what to do. You knocked on the door and he answered, Even if it was 11:30 at night.

"Y/N? What are you doing up," He rubbed his eyes and seen you were crying. "What's Wrong, Did someone hurt you?!" He was worried something bad happened to you. You shook you head and showed him the letter and the picture as you kept crying. He then realized and pulled you into his room and sat you on his bed as he lit some candles for light. He sat next to you and read the letter and looked at the picture. You were still in tears. He pulled you into a hug, and asked: "Do you want to stay in here with me for the rest of the night?" You nodded immediately and hugged him back. He sat the letter and picture on his night stand and pulled you next to him after blowing the candles out. He pulled the blanket over the both of you and calmed you down and cuddled you to sleep. Not long after he drifted off to.

Gaara was awoken by his door being slung open, It was Temari. "GAARA I CAN'T FIND Y/N ANYWHE-" She cut herself off as she seen your puffy, sleeping face next to Gaara in bed. "Oh there she is, " She said calmly. She looked around and noticed that nothing that she thought happened and noticed a letter and picture then understood. "Well glad to know she's okay, See you at breakfast." She said as she walked out and shut Gaara's door.

Gaara sighed as he laid back into the bed and started to rub your back to slowly wake you. Your eyes fluttered open and you looked up at Gaara with your {E/C} eyes and realized how close you too were. You then sat up slowly and rubbed your eyes, then yawned. "Good morning," You mumbled. "Good morning, Did you sleep well?" Gaara asked as he got out of bed grabbing a shirt, as he doesn't sleep with one on. You nodded and got out of bed and said thank you to Gaara and headed back to your room with the letter and picture to put it up to figure out later. You got ready for the day and headed to breakfast.

You then went back to the town by yourself to look for somethings you needed. It wasn't a lot so you got what you needed pretty quickly. {It can be whatever you want it to I just wanted a reason to send you into town} You then decided to look around for a little bit. You came across this old little library and decided to go in. The bell connected to the door rang as you stepped into the little old store. You wondered around as the place seemed empty except the books. You looked at all the names on the spines of the books, that you could read, and found one on justu and thought: Hey why not? Then out of no where an older lady came and tapped your shoulder. "Hello dear, I hate to bother you but do you mind helping me move all of my books out of here? I no longer own this store and I'm afraid my back won't be able to handle the weight." She sighed out as she already looked exhausted from carrying some books herself. "I'll give you what money I have if you do,-" She started but you cut her off, "No need ma'am, I won't take your money but may I take some books as my payment?" You asked. The lady was shocked you didn't want money. "Why of course take as many as you like, I need to get rid as of many as possible as I don't have much room at home anyways." She agreed as long as she got her books out.

So you did what she asked and even brought them home for her and unpacked them and took a few books for yourself. The lady thanked you and you thanked her and gave her money for the books even if she didn't want it. You made her so you felt like you weren't stealing. You eventually headed to the training grounds where Kankuro was waiting with Gaara beside him. You greeted them after you put your stuff down and took your mask off. "Where did you get so much dust on you?" Kankuro asked as you had dust all over you. "Ah, I found a old library and the old lady who did own it needed help moving her books out, so I helped her and got some books in return." You said not thinking about it as you headed over to the other side of the field. People crowded around to watch your next fight.

Gaara's sand came out and he went up into the air to watch. Kankuro grinned at this and positioned himself into a fighting stance. You did the same. "Ready? Begin!" Gaara shouted from the air. You disappeared and reappeared behind Kankuro and went for his puppet but you were a bit to slow. He was able to move out of the way and attacked at the same time. You barely dodged that attack whenever another was already headed toward you. You jumped up and avoided it and in midair made a Chidori and landed on the puppet, smashing it into pieces. Kankuro was shocked but continued.

You let out your new move, Storm Release: Laser Circus. You aimed at all of Kankuro's puppets but only hit one as you needed to practice this move. Two down, You were almost there. You threw a Resangan at Kankuro to distract him enough for you to prepare to let out a water release. He dodged it and threw his puppet straight at you. You weren't able to miss this one and it caught you. Gaara yelled again ending the fight causing you to fall to the ground. " Why did you get captured Y/N?" He asked in a serious tone. " I lost focus on Kankuro as I tried to send out my water release." You mumbled so he could only hear you. "Well you lost to Kankuro which means two weeks of pushing your limits with breaks to eat, drink and sleep only. And it will be with me so no slacking off." He was firm. You nodded your head in agreement then limped over to your stuff to put your mask on and grab you bags to take back. Neither of the boys helped you because they needed you to understand, No help until you deserve it. You grabbed some wrap from your bag and rewrapped your leg from where you got cut by Temari as it open again in the fight. You limped back to the house and headed straight to your room. You healed your leg as much as you could then headed to dinner. You ate in silent and the other three talked. You finished then headed back to your room in calmness and quietness.

You got into the shower and leaned against the wall. You began hitting your head pretty hard on the wall. You kept repeating ' I'm so weak..' and ' I'm so stupid.. ' or something similar until you heard a knock on the door. You stopped and asked who it was. "It's Gaara..." He said over the running water. " Come in.." You said as he walked into the bathroom as you continued your shower not minding him being in there.

" Are you alright? I seen you were limping. " He asked concerned. "I'm fin-" You slipped. Your leg gave out under your weight. Gaara freaked out and got Temari to get you out of the bath and into a towel. They inspected you and realized your cut was worse than before even if you tried to heal it as much as you could. You hadn't had great medical ninjutsu and lady Tsunade was suppose to train you when you got back. You got knocked out from the fall and slowly woke up a few hours later. It was about 2 am and Gaara was still at your side. You groaned a bit as your leg ached. He sat you up and gave you a glass of water. "Here drink this, It will help, They put some medicine in it." He said rerfering to the medical ninja. You looked down after drinking the liquid and seen your leg was bandaged. "They said you could train in about two weeks time, But you'll have to rest majority of the time until then.." He said as he grabbed you books and set them next to you. "I'll check on you tomorrow, get some rest." He said as he walked out of the door. You sat there and set the glass down, going back to bed.

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile! I have free time I just am poorly motivated...

Anyways! I'm on spring break this week so I'll update when I can!
