Baji walks back to the apartment from the convenience store when he bumps into Chifuyu on the way back from his part-time job.
He smiles, "Hey! Fancy meeting you here!" Chifuyu looks at Baji with a smile reflected.
"Yep! I'm on my way back from work." The two men continue with their conversation until they spot a familiar figure in the distance.
Chifuyu smiles and raises his hand to grab her attention, "HEY CHI-" He stops when he realizes his sister is acting suspiciously. He sees her put a hood over her head and a mask over her face. Baji looks at the way she is dressed in familiarity.
'I've seen that figure before. Bloody Halloween?.' Baji opens his eyes in revelation.
He looks at Chifuyu sternly, "Let's follow her."

Meanwhile, Chiaki arrives at the scene just in time to see Draken and Takemichi on a motorcycle dodging Inupi who was thrown by Terano South. The man with a tattoo on his neck drifts to a stop, "So, let's jazz things up, Nocturne."
"Terano South," Chiaki mutters under her breath in distance.
The ex-Toman members are surrounded by Rokuhara Tandai. They have no escape route. South struts towards Draken to give him a proposition.
"Draken, Partner up with me."
As Takemichi looks around in fear, Draken and South have a staring contest going on.
Without looking back Draken makes sure Inupi is okay from being thrown.
Draken, who is filled with resolve rejects South's offer. "No matter how many times you ask, my answer will always be the same, South. I will NEVER join Rokuhara Tandai!"
Draken emphasizes his reason for not joining a gang. "I've already retired. That said, I do not want to be involved with whatever business you guys are up to."
South refuses to believe in Draken's answer, "RETIRED?" Unable to accept Draken's answer, South decided to do things the hard way.
"FOR-!" Before he could finish his Forte move, Terano South was kicked in the head with an extreme force so hard, that he skids across the concrete. Everyone stood silently in shock at the scene they just witnessed.
South stands back up in a Terrifying manner, "WHO THE FUCK DID THAT!?" A disguised Chiaki stood her ground. Suddenly Takemichi realizes who this person is.
"Draken! I think this is the ghost that saved Baji during our fight with Valhalla three years ago."
Draken nods in agreement, "Yeah! But who is this guy? He helped us back then but why?"
South smirks, "I heard rumors of a ghost during Bloody Halloween. How interesting! I want you in Rokuhara Tandai."
Then, South charges at Chiaki and keeps attacking with his music named moves, but he could not hit her. Chiaki, being a nimble person was able to dodge every single move he makes which irritated South to no end. As much as everyone would love to keep watching South lose to the ghost figure, one of Rokuhara Tandai's men is thrown towards South.
"South." A dark hooded figure calls out.
South Sarcastically replies knowing who that man is, "Ah! C'mon man. Don't ruin the fun, Brahman."
The hooded figure pulls down his hood to reveal his identity, "Don't go off and act like you're the big guy... You should take notice of people around you."
Chiaki looks at the new face, 'Akashi Takeomi, Black Dragon's first-gen Vice President, now Brahmans under his little sis.'
All the important characters stood in the middle being surrounded by Rokuhara Tandai's men on one side and Brahman on the opposite side.
Rain starts pouring in, and Akashi looks to the sky, "It's raining. Shin used to tell me 'you sure are the rain bringer.'"
Chiaki accidentally slips, "He must have learned to love the rain if he stuck with you till the end." Akashi's eyes widen at the girl and he peers towards her disguised figure, questioning her statement. 'Why does this person act as if he knows us?' Akashi shakes off his thought and continues with his objective.
Akashi looks to Takemichi and then looks at Chiaki, "I'M NOT HERE TO DEAL WITH ROKUHARA TANDAI! THE ONE I WANT TO DEAL WITH IS HANAGAKI TAKEMICHI!"
Everyone looks at Brahman's Vice President as he keeps going, "I've come o scout you."
Takemichi points to himself in shock, "Huh? Me?"
Akashi replies nonchalantly, "Yeah. It's you who I want."
Takemichi smiles nervously, "Why me?"
Akashi looks at Chiaki's disguise, "I heard rumors about a ghost who stopped Kazutora during Bloody Halloween. While I'm at it, Why don't you join as well? We could use someone like you."
Chiaki rolls her eyes in annoyance knowing that two of the three deities wanted to recruit her.
Kakucho walks up in disagreement, "We can't allow you to do that. We won't give in."
Akashi sighs knowingly, "Their trump card is here, huh? Why the hell are you under South." he eggs him on, "Got a change of heart after your "King" died?"
"Huh? We all know he is not dead."
Chiaki's eyes widen in shock, "Izana should be dead in the original storyline. By saving Baji, I probably screwed up the timeline. I wonder if Emma is still alive?"
Kakucho hits a sore spot for Akashi, "Besides, I don't want to hear that coming from you." Akashi glares menacingly at the scar-faced man.
One by one, multiple significant figures in the Tokyo Revengers history make themselves known.
Rokuhara tandai's No. 4: Mochizuki Kanji
Rokuhara Tandai's No. 5: Madarame Shion aka 9th generation Balck Dragon Captain.
Rokuhara Tandai's No. 2 and 3: Haitani Ran and Rindou.
While smoking Akashi smirks as he reveals his trump card. "Bunch of blood-thirsty people has arrived. It sure is nice being young, right SENJU?
As if hearing her name, a hooded figure runs from the back of the group and chucks her umbrella towards South. However, he dodges the umbrella but was unable to escape her counterattack from the distraction. She slams her foot down onto his head and backflips landing perfectly on her feet. Takemichi is shocked by her surprised attack and hands her back her umbrella since she did not want to get wet.
Chiaki looks at Senju and smirks knowing she is on Takemichi's side, "Kawaraji Senju... Brahman's Boss." Senju glances at Chiaki in confusion about how she knew her identity but shakes it off. She turns to the higher-ups in Rokuhara Tandai, "So... Let's do this."
Chiaki smiles in excitement, "How fun..."
"Now the real fight is starting."
