~~Bonten's hideout~~
"We're here."
"Thanks, Hanma. You don't really have to come with me inside." He smiled back in reply.
"I'll ensure your safety, princess."
You stepped outside, feeling the heavy aura that the building has surrounded by.
"Boss someone's out there!" A shout from the building was heard from where you were.
"Hold up!" In a broken glass window from the 2nd floor, one man peeped through there and pointed a gun at you.
It's that pink haired guy again.
"Boss' will come down, wait for him."
You followed the order just to make sure that your baby won't get hurt.
"What is it that you want? I thought that you won't show up again." he glared at the guy behind you, but Hanma was busy texting someone.
"Leave us a minute Hanma please." he stepped back and now the both of you are alone.
"Mikey...listen to me please" you tried to reach him but he distance himself from you.
"It's okay, I understand. I just want to say goodbye, from now on I'll do my best to repay my debt to my parents. Probably I won't be seeing you again."
"That's good, don't come back, I hope I was clear at that. I'm practically sure that you know we are some dangerous people yet here you are."
The tears started to fall from your eyes. His words pierced in your heart but still, your affection to him didn't change.
"Why are you crying?" He still has the plain face on, not bothering about anything else.
"How can you be this cruel?"
"I don't know, ask yourself."
You embraced him for the one last time but he didn't hug you back. Despite from the sadness you were feeling, you still chose to be with him at any cost. You didn't want to leave him, but your parents have already decided for your own good. It's already time to repay the debt they have done to you from all those years.
"...I'm pregnant. It won't matter to you and I know it. I just want you to know that...I'll raise our baby with all my might and I'll love it like how I have loved you or more than that. I promise that our baby won't suffer the way I did when I was a kid. I promise that I'll be strong for our baby. I promise that our baby won't feel that she or him never had a father.--"
It was too hard to continue what you were saying, it felt like a rock stuck on your throat,"--I don't care how complicated these things will get, I still want you."
You moved away from him and saw his wide eyes tearing.
"and I promise to you that you'll be the one and only man who stole my heart for now and for the rest of my life, the man whom I loved wholeheartedly, it's always been you...Mikey."
"Yeah...whatever, don't let me ever see you face ever again."
Tears won't stop from falling, it has only gotten worse.
"You were never alone, I was always beside you until infinity ends."
"Just...leave, I don't know what I'll do next if you stay a minute longer."
You turned your back and walked straight in the car before you change your mind.
In the last moments, you met Mikey's red eyes.
You were my moon, and I was your star, how can the night shine without you?
