chapter 2

Wes and Tara were walking through the halls as wes gave high fives to his other friends through the halls as tara just awkwardly kept walking.

"So tara, i was thinking, how about we go on a date tonight?" Wes smiled as he walked, head held high.

"I would like that" Tara smiled back

But her smile faded when Amber walked by with her earphones in and Wes smacked Amber over the head.

"Watch it freak" He laughed and kept walking

Tara sighed and kept walking.

Tara was in class doing work with Amber when she decided that she wanted to spend more time with her.

"Hey amber? I was thinking you could come over to my house tonight and we can work on that project?"

Amber just slightly nodded and asked

"what time"

Tara felt butterflies again, that attractive voice made her all the more desperate for her company.

"Just come over after school"

"okay"

Okay so, she was definitely down bad, the thing is Tara has a dirty little secret that only Liv Chad and Mindy know about.

She's bisexual, she told them and they smiled and promised not to tell anyone.

Later on Amber had arrived and Tara smiled and let her in.

They sat down and Tara asked

"So what's the project about?"

"it's some friendship project."

"Like what?"

"mrs grant puts two people who don't talk into a team and they just kind of see if they can actually be friends and work together" She says

"Well then Amber, i think we'll get along just fine" She smiles

Amber smiles back slightly as she looks down.

Holy shit, she just smiled, she looks so cute when she smiles.

After a while of talking and getting to know eachother, although Amber didn't reveal much about herself they both became slightly more comfortable with eachother and amber actually smiled.

But tara had completely forgotten about the date.

Suddenly, wes busted through the door

"Tara?! Are you okay you haven't been answering my calls--"

Wes pauses after seeing the sight in front of him

When he saw Amber sat next to Tara his worry turned into anger

"Tara what the hell are you doing near this freak get away from her!"

Wes grabs tara's arm and pulls her over to him away from amber.

Amber remains seated as wes storms over to her.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing with my girlfriend huh?"

Amber stands up and looks at him with no expression.

He pushes her

Amber stands up to him

"I'm not doing anything wrong, im doing the school project with her, and maybe if you weren't such a prissy and terrible boyfriend to her you would know better."

Wes growls and throws a punch at her

"WES STOP" Tara yells

Amber catches his fist and twists his hand the other way.

He groans in pain and amber pushes him back after releasing him.

Wes stands there fueled with rage but tara holds him and stops him

"Wes! That's enough! Just go wait outside and I'll be out in a minute ready for our date"

Wes looks at Amber and huffs as he leaves to wait by his car

"Amber I'm so sorry about him" Tara says feeling guilty

"It's not your fault, I'm gonna go now, have fun on your date" amber nods and leaves

Tara sighed and went to go get dressed for her date, which she was dreading, if she was being honest, wes was an asshole and she'd rather go with Amber.
