Blind date with school's popular guy - Jisung
You were watching a movie and eating. "What's so fun about that?" your friend asked. "It's fun. You can watch too" you told her.
She sat beside you and started scrolling through social media. "Isn't he handsome?" your friend Sarina said while showing a photo.
You looked at the photo. "Hm" you said and continued your movie. "He is famous in school," you said. "You know him?" she asked. "Who? Jisung? He is in my school, " you replied.
"y/n do you want me to settle a blind date for you?" she asked but you rejected immediately. She was nagging you a lot.
You gave up and agreed to do what she said. "Okay then I'll text you the address and time" she said.
"If this doesn’t work out, don't blame me," you said.
It was sunday. You woke up late and brushed your teeth. You heard your phone beeped. You checked the message. It was from Sarina. She sent an amusement park's name and said "be there before 11 am"
You checked the time. It was already 10 am. So you hurriedly got ready. You took your phone and left for the amusement park.
You reached there at 11 am. You saw a familiar face in front of the entrance waving at you. What? Jisung isn't my blind date right? You thought. "You are late," Jisung said.
You were still processing the fact that you are on a date with Jisung. "I woke up late," you told him.
"It's okay. Let's go" he said and went inside the park with you. You were excited for the rides. It's been long since you last went to an amusement park.
"Let's ride the roller coaster first, '' you said. Jisung shook his head. "No it's dangerous, '' he said. "Then this?" you said and pointed at the wave swinger. "No no you'll feel dizzy" he said.
You rolled your eyes. "Then which one do you wanna try?" you asked him. "Carousel?" he replied
"How old are you? Five?" you asked him. "No, it's a safe one," he said. What else can you do? You followed him. You both tried some so-called safe rides.
"Do you want ice cream? " he asked. You nodded. He bought two ice creams. He gave one to you.
"What next?" he asked as if he was listening to you.
"Ferris wheel" you said. "Oh sounds good, let's go" he said.
But after seeing the ferris wheel he changed his mind. "I'm not going" he said "But you said it's good" you said.
"I didn’t know this was a ferris wheel," he said and tried to escape. You grabbed him by his arm. "Where do you think you are going? Come with me" you said and dragged him.
"NOOO AHH" you covered his mouth with your hand. "Can you not scream? People might think I'm kidnapping you" you told him. He stopped screaming. He had no choice so he went with you. He was fine at first. But when you reached the top he came closer to you. "People should stay near the ground, " he said. "Are you scared? " you asked him. "What? No of course no" he said but you already guessed that he was afraid of height.
You patted his shoulder. "It's okay," you said. "I'm not afraid, " he said. "Yes I can see that. Why are you shaking then?" you asked him.
"I- omg did it stop? Why isn't it moving,y/n?" he asked with widened eyes. "It's moving. You'll scare me too" you said.
He held your hands tightly. You looked at your hands and then at him. He gave you a smile. Probably smiling through pain.
Finally you both get off from the ferris wheel. "I'll never go on a date with you in an amusement park. Cafe is better, " he said.
"We should go for zip lining next time" you said jokingly. "Hey, do you want me to die?" he asked. You just laughed and started walking. But then he grabbed your hand.
"What?" you asked him. "Does that mean you will go on another date with me?" he asked you.
"I didn’t say that," you said. "You did. Right now you did" he said.
"Well I don’t mind though," Jisung said and leaned towards you. You tried to step back but he held your waist.
"Do you think I didn’t notice?" he asked. You were clueless. What was he talking about?
"Notice what?" you asked. "You sometimes stare at me in school and look away whenever I see you," he said. You bit your lower lip with your teeth because of the embarrassment.
He chuckled. "You are cute," he said. Your cheeks were getting hot even in the atmosphere. You gently pushed him, he let you go. You lowered your head and started walking in the opposite direction. "Not that way, " he said.
"Oh" you said because you couldn’t think of anything else.
He held your hands "let's go". You didn’t mind holding hands so you let him.
" You are looking pretty today. Shall I kiss you?" he said. "Wth no," you said. "Ouch it hurts" he said and placed a hand on his chest dramatically.
You playfully hit him. "Stop, " you said. "Hm okay but I might really kiss you "
