Chapter 8: A Blustery Santalune City Gym Battle

Third Person's POV

Our heroes have arrived in Santalune City, and soon Ash and Eli will challenge their first Gym in the Kalos Region

Ash begins to run with excitement and exclaims to himself "Yeah! Santalune City, you better look out! cause I'm gonna get my first Kalos badge, from you!" Pikachu nods in agreement "Pika Pika!" Bonnie, Gary, Eli, and Clemont run following Ash despite Clemont breathing hard for carrying such a bag

Eli looks back at Clemont and asks "you're okay Back there Clemont" Clemont replies between pants "I'll be okay" Eli nods at Clemont then he hear a trip Eli stops goes to help Clemont up

Ash looks at Clemont and says "come on, Clemont, hurry up"

Eli stated "or you slow down, I understand you're excited, man you don't have to be this fast" Sylveon pants tiredly that she collapse "Veon!" Eli then adds "great Even Sylveon's tired"

Clemont says "one thin, and I think is Kind of important" he finally gets back on his feet thanks to Eli as he ask "do you have any Idea where the Santalune city gym might be located?"

Ash replies "No clue. course I don't" Both Gary and Eli fall at Ash bluntness as Eli comments "and people said that I'm the blunt one"

Ash Jumps and stand on the edge of a fountain "I figure stuff out best if I run! Keep moving ahead and you can't go wrong" he then look at Pikachu "That's the way we roll" Pikachu nods in agreement "Pika Chu!"

Eli walks towards Ash "you really are something else, Ash, despite the years passing you're still the same Ash I remember when we were 10" he says as Sylveon giggles in agreement while petting Pikachu's head with his ribbon Causes Pikachu to scratch the back of his head while Umbreon watches the two Pokemon with a frown which Dedenne and Bonnie notice it and giggles as Gary watches his childhood friends silently

Then a Camera click sound was heard by our heroes and they look a slim young girl of medium height. She has blonde hair cut in a chin length bob which curls under, with two slightly longer, thin locks which hand in front of her ears, green eyes and a pale complexion. She wears a white vest, greyish-green cropped pants with lots of pockets and a white belt, brown ankle boots with laces that match her trousers, and a matching sweatband on her left wrist. She is also seen with her camera, and then says to them "Thanks so much for the great take" she walks towards them with a smile on her face as she continues "you guys seems to have the makings of a great team" 

Ash replies "Hey, thanks!" Eli nods in agreement "it means a lot"

The girl giggles at them and tells them "And FYI, if you're going to the Santalune Gym," she points at her left which is our heroes right "Make a right on that corner"

Ash then at her and says "Yeah? Thanks a lot for the info" he then looks at the others and says "I told you we can't go wrong, let's go Pikachu" Ash jumps down from the fountain and runs to the direction that were told by the girl as Pikachu nods "Pika!"

"Ash, not so fast" Clemont shouts as he and Bonnie run off following Ash "hey wait up!"

Gary and Eli give the girl a bow as Gary says "thank you so much for the assistance" Eli adds "it means a lot" with that the Kanto boys along with their Eeveelution Pokemon runs off following their friends little did Our heroes know that it won't be the last time they'll see this particular girl

Our Heroes arrive at the entrance of the Santalune Gym as Ash says "Wow, we Made it!"

Clemont stated "now if I remember my fact correctly, The Santalune Gym Leader specialize, Bug type Pokemon"

Bonnie comment joyfully "I can't wait to go inside, is gonna be fun!" Dedenne nods agreeing "Denene!"
