A/N: No Ship

-------------

The boy who always used to laugh and was the reason for a smile on everyone's face, for him, only tears are flowing today.

RIP
Aoi Valt
20xx-20xx

The sky was covered with clouds. One by one, everyone was planting flowers on the coffin. Valt's mother cried and hugged his husband. Toko was comforting his sister. No one could believe the harsh truth that the wonder boy, Valt Aoi, was no longer with them.

At the funeral, a maroon-haired male was sitting on the bench. He was staring at the ground for a long time. He could hear the cries of people who came to the funeral. He gazed at the albino who was depressingly sitting on a stone. A blonde male consoled him, though he didn't move a bit.

The maroon-haired male walked closer to the coffin with a bouquet. He knelt and placed it on the stone floor and stayed still for minutes. "Why?" unconsciously, he whispered. He doesn't care about where he's or what he's doing. All he felt was guilt and anguish at that time. Everything happened so fast. He didn't expect it.

"Aiga," he snapped from his thought and looked up at the green-eyed male glancing at him with his dull eyes. "Others are waiting," he said. Aiga instantly stood up and left the place.

He didn't bother to gaze up and look at anyone. The cold breeze touched his skin as he folded his arms around himself. He cannot ignore the pain in his heart. It felt like he just met Valt yesterday, and he's not with them anymore. He knows he is not the only one who feels bad, but why did this happen? He did not know the answer to this question.

He takes his eyes off the ground when he hears footsteps. He sees Shu by his side, whose eyes are fixed on the pond. "You alright?" Aiga asked in concern. Shu nodded in response as Aiga gazed at the pond. "What happened to him?" he asked after a pause.

"In the morning, he was coming home when his car crashed. I got the news three hours ago that he passed away," Shu's voice was heavy in the last part. Aiga looked at his expressionless face, but he could see the pain in his eyes.

"I was never good to him," Shu looked in the turquoise eyes, filled with pain but sincerity. "He always helped me. Even after that, I couldn't do anything for him." Aiga tightened his fist around the railing. A smile curled up on Shu's face, and he sighed.

"Valt never minds it," Shu said. "He was so pure that he didn't care at all. All Valt wants is to see everyone happy, even if it costs his happiness," Aiga knew it very well. He didn't like it. But also like it at the same time. He wants Valt to be angry at him because of what he did. However, Valt never minded anything. He was a carefree soul who made everyone smile.

Aiga closed his teary eyes. He didn't want to cry in front of Shu. After all, he knows Shu was trying to be strong. He could see the sadness and pain inside Shu, which he was hiding. "I will take my leave then," Aiga said. Shu weakly smiled at him as Aiga left. The cold breeze touched his skin, making his hair show his scar. Though he wanted to cry so badly, he smiled, looking at the sky.

'Where have you gone leaving me, Valt?'

💔

Aiga was back home after the day of the funeral. He was sitting on the branch in a peaceful place. It was the same place where Valt and Aiga trip and fell into the water. Aiga smiled, remembering the memories. He misses him.

He looked at his fist and opened it, revealing Valt's bey, Valkyrie. Toko gave him and said Valt would want this too, but he felt guilt striking him again. Why him? They should give it to Shu. Though he can't change fate, he feels like it was his fault.
