"I want to be a blader,"

That words took courage. It was just a child's ambition, but from what I see that time as a child, it was a life-changing decision.

My parents were businessmen. My father and mother were already in high rankings when I was five. Being a businessman is hard. Your every step counts in your gain and loss.

Due to the job, my parents were shifted to America, which was when I was born. Until the age of five, I did my education in America before transferring to japan.

It's just my family's bloodline that everyone wanted to become a businessman. My father was the most successful. Not to mention my mother was great, too. Due to these circumstances, I was taught about commerce and stock market-related stuff early. That education was something beyond an average person's point of view. But in my family, it's normal.

But I never dreamed about money and related stuff. I was just not interested. Even if I have the education about it, I don't think it will ever be my life aim.

Not to mention my crappy socializing skills. The way I socialize is nothing because of parental attention or something else. These are just imaginary fantasies of people. I was always bad at meeting people. I never like talking.

I don't see anyone worthy enough to talk. That was my attitude and it will never change.

I was just an aimless soul until that day. I had my first and last aim fixed that day.

It was autumn. I was barely four-and-a-half years if I remember correctly. I got a sharp memory after all. The bed was cosy and I was sitting under my warm blanket. Looking outside the window, I could sense the cold breezes. It made me bury more in my blanket.

I turned back to the book which I was reading. Novels were more fun than kids' storybooks. Those stories bored me. My parents had a mountain of biography about politicians and businessmen. I used to read them as inspiration. As I read them, I get many perspectives. I have read them more than three times now.

Though I was born in Japan, I have lived in America till now. I didn't want to go to school, so I asked my parents for a home tutor. But soon, it became boring staying in this mansion. There isn't much to entertain me. I have nothing to do after all.

Not long after I realized my father had come back home. I saw his car entering the house from the window and rushed down. When I came from my room, he was already talking with my mother.

"Ah, Lui," he noticed me and beamed at me. It's very rare seeing him that frank. For me, at least. I can't say if he is strict, but he sure is a busy man who wants to teach his kid the same. Seeing how he taught a four-year-old profit and loss and other marketing stuff, he was a businessman.

"Wait, I have something for you," He smiled and rummaged through his baggage. When I looked at his formal suit, I get a hunch that he must have attended a party. I got near him, curiosity killed me as I waited for him to give me my 'present'.
