Description & Personality:

● Payne is the biological son of the demonic god Josephi Blackwood(THEKINGOFTORTURE) and an angel of chaos named Alice(_-_InSaNiTy_-_)

● Payne lives on earth where he kidnaps various humans(and the occasional mutant or even monster) and sadistically tortures them in various ways until he gets bored of them. His methods of murder are also rather brutal: letting them slowly bleed out, slowly freeze to death in an industrial freezer, setting them on fire and letting them slowly melt away from the feet up, summoning various insects and arachnids to eat them alive, and even burying them alive. With the burying alive method, you'd think it would be suffocation... but no. He leads a tube from the top of the ground into the steel coffin so they can breathe. What eventually gets them is starvation.  

● Payne is an incredibly sadistic, intelligent, insane, and violent entity who enjoys torture to a point that it actually becomes a sexual release for him. He loves watching his victims suffer. After they are dead, he will sometimes even have sexual relations with their corpse for days or weeks after killing them. He is very charismatic and dashingly handsome, but that is all a façade to lull you into a false sense of security so he can get you. Sure, he could use his supernatural strength or his powers to get you as well, but in his own words, "it isn't as much fun".

● Payne sometimes uses the parts of his victims that he cuts off and uses them as ingredients for food and drinks. 

● Payne takes pictures of his victims as trophies.

● Payne has so many damn targets on his back, both because he's a prolific and evil serial killer, but also because he is an incredibly powerful Nephalem; the offspring of an angel and a demon. He himself is a demonic god and the mother is an angel who was considered an anomaly(a chaos angel), so this entity's power is immeasurable.
