Description & Personality:

● Decca is a powerful deity who had his soul stolen and destroyed by some dark entities when he was a wee baby. Due to this, he has no real moral compass and doesn't like anyone in the slightest.

● The only thing that brings Decca any semblance of joy or feeling is when he is beating the living shit out of a person, monster, mutant, other deities, and even cosmic entities. He doesn't have to be angry to resort to this either, just bored. All he needs is an excuse. 

● Decca, as the god of matter, can materialize literally anything out of nowhere as he pleases, whether it be a drink, weapon, wall, a new house, it doesn't matter. If he can think it, he can materialize it.

● Decca takes certain pills that was given to him by the SCP Foundation that can simulate feelings, but they aren't real and all they really taught him is that killing kids is bad. 

● Decca is completely uncaring for anything and everyone, is a heavy drinker and smoker, and keeps to himself inside of his cabin. Which, by the way, is surrounded by a powerful electric barbed wire fence just because he can. 

● On the rare occasions that Decca does go to public places or socializes with anyone, it is brief and he is usually very blunt, curt, cold, and brutally honest with the person he is speaking with.  

● Decca has one very VERY powerful curse and that is he is unable to die. He will be around for all eternity and no one in existence can kill him except for the Supreme Beings and the Beyonders. The reason for this, you may be asking? Well, remember how I said that he can be quite a dick to people... well, he managed to piss off the dark supreme being Vhythrarc so much that he put an unbreakable immortality curse onto the man, cursing him with eternal life. He really wishes he could die, though, he really does.
