"Okay, bye kids!" I waved goodbye to my students as they all scurried to their parents, clinging onto them as they started to ramble on and on about their school days. Smiles on each and every one of their faces. A certain type of innocence is shown through all of its beauty. I couldn't help but smile back at the small kids. I really shouldn't be saying this, but they are absolutely my favorite class. They're all filled with such huge personalities and happiness. Who wouldn't love them?

I could feel a slight tug at my dress, a small hand wrapped around the fabric, I looked down and giggled. It was Wrynn, her dad was almost always late to pick her up so I had become accustomed to taking care of her until her dad showed up. It truly wasn't a problem, she was such a bundle of joy that I didn't mind having her under my care. I swooped her up into my arms as she got comfortable in my arms. My heels lacked with each and every step towards the teacher's lounge. Wrynn nuzzled deeply into my arm as she yawned quietly. I sat her down on the counter and grabbed her lunch box. Starting to unpack her afterschool snack.

"Ms. Brennan?" Her small eyes flickered up into my own, a sleepy gaze fell upon her. Her tiny hand reached up to rub her own eye as she beamed at me with curiosity.

"Yes, Winnie?' I spoke softly, in hopes that she'd be lulled to sleep if I kept the room peaceful and comfortable for the small girl.

"C-Can my daddy do confwences today?.." She mumbled as she began to slouch, I quickly put her goldfish in the small bowl that I had made just for her. It took a lot of practice but we did it together a couple of months ago. A small smirk fell upon my face, it was conference time again and I was happy that Mr. Jones was trying to attend this time.

Mr. Jones was one of the most important farmers in our small town. His farm supplied almost every home with there fruit, milk, eggs and much more. All around the town, everyone loved him. Upon that he was genuinely a great father, he was just often too busy to be able to get sweet Wrynn. But, whenever he did they were the cutest duo. He always was overly thankful whenever he got the chance. He was a bundle of perfection. Mr. Jones would do anything for his little miracle-child. I suppose that's why he started his farm. To be able to stay near the town he grew up in and have a sustainable life for Wrynn.
