Chapter 9- The Council Has Decided

"Hey Hika, what are you doing here so early?" Kishi appeared, seemingly out of nowhere, behind Hikaru, who he failed to surprise.

"Dark Shadow woke me up."

"Oh, well that makes sense."

Suddenly, the door opened. A girl they've never seen before walked through it.

"Is... She new?"

"I doubt it. The school year already started, Kishi."

"I DOUBT IT AS WELL!" Dark Shadow appeared out of nowhere.

"Dark Shadow! For God's sake."

"WHAT? YOU'RE FATHER IS FALLING TO DEATH AND I CAN'T MAKE A JOKE?"

"I'm sorry, what?!"

Meanwhile, Kishi went to talk with the girl.

"Hey! What's your name?" He asked, she looked at him.

"Chisaki Shoko."

"I'm Ojiro Kishi! Nice to meet you!"

"So like, that tail guy's son?"

"Uh yeah!"

"Cool. Who's that?"

She pointed at Hikaru.

"Oh! That's Tokoyami Hikaru! Hika, c'mere!"

The other kid sighed, and slowly headed to the two.

"Hey."

"Hey."

Slowly but surely, everyone else started to come.

"Okay class, settle down." Shinsou said, holding the classic cat, "Everyone say hello to Mr. Cloudy Jr."

"Hello Mr. Cloudy Jr.!" They yelled in unison.

"Okay, with that out of the way, You probably all noticed the presence of another problem child in the classroom."

Everyone looked at him and then at Shoko.

"Mind introducing yourself?" He asked.

"Okay." She stood up slowly. "Um... My name is Chisaki Shoko, my quirk is Overhaul."

Basically almost the entire class gasped, whispers were heard until Shinsou called it off.

"I'm not finished. As you may know, U.A reopened the Villain Rehab Program by my and Deku's request."

"Oh no." Dai whispered and immediately turned to Shina, sitting next to her.

"Shin don't freak out, but there's a certain someone on the other side of the school's barrier..."

"What...?" Confused, he turned to look at the window, just to see his parents, yes, Dabi too, Hawks was blankly staring at him and Dabi was burning with rage, pun intended.

"Oh God."

His bird dad sent a feather to him, he did the same (y'know how in season 5 Hawks says he can hear people bc of the vibration of his feathers or something like that?)

"What are you doing dad. You promised to keep this a secret." Shina whispered, Dai immediately knew what was going on.

"No no no no. What are YOU doing Shina?!" Dabi yelled. "Crusty Jr. is the U.A traitor not you!"

"Oh my goodness."

"And YOU!" He looked at the man eho was carrying him. "You kept this from me, I found out by eavesdropping Kiyoshi!"
