THE NUMBER THREE HERO

Chapter 3

Y/N'S POV:

I ran as fast as i could to the noises of battle but then i froze when i saw blood fly everywhere. I shook my head and ran into the room to see Hawks and Odette bleeding out. My eyes widened and i felt tears coming on. 'dont cry dont cry dont cry...fuck. Im finna cry.' I let the tears roll down my cheeks and i saw a red feather blade in my sister's heart and then i did a double take. Red wings, Red feather...Red feather, Red wing... "What..." i asked the air i guess. I look to see Odette's daggers in Hawks's sides and his feather-dagger in her heart. I let out a low shaky breath and picked up my sister and kissed her cheek like i used to when we were younger. 

FLASHBACK START:

"SISSY SISSY! LOOK! LOOK! I DREW US! AND MOM! AND DAD! AND GRADMA AND GRANDPA!" i looked over my shoulder and saw Odette with a drawing of our family. I smiled at her and said "Wow! That's very cool! Looks like we have another artist in the family!" she smiled bigger than she was and said "REALLY!?" "yep!" i replied to her. I leaned down and kissed her cheek and then left for my room.

FLASHBACK END

I put her down and said "See yah soon kiddo." and then looked over at Hawks who was in and out of it. I rolled my eyes at him and pulled out the daggers out of his sides and said "Get up so i can bandage you, you dumbass." he smiled slightly but then let out a small groan of pain. He stood up leaning on the wall and i took his jacket off and lifted up his shirt just enough for me to bandage him up. I walked away after i did what i needed to do so he did not loose any more blood. "Hey! Wait up, Song-bird!" he called after me in his cocky ass tone. I rolled my eyes and said "I-I have to get home...See yah never Number 2." and with that i flew out of the window in the building. 

A FEW WEEKS LATER:

"Sorry to say, Kuroi tori but your little sister one of the U.A traitors. She was with the LOV all this time." president Mic said to me. I look out the window and sighed and said "Well, I guess it's for the better that she's gone." I then scowl at what I said and then said again "Look, I have patrol here in a few so...See yah never again Mic." He looked at me with a confused look but said "See yah." I walked out of there and walked over to the agency I worked at. "Hello, Kuroi tori!" one of the trainees said I gave a fake smile that i learned how to put up years ago. "How yah doing, kid?" They smile back at me and say "Good! you?" "Never been better!" and with that we walk away from each other. I sigh and walk in my office and light up a cig. I took a puff and coughed. "Hey-WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?" My boss said to me. I looked at her and said "What's it look like, lady?" she rolled her eyes and said "You better not get high on the job again, Kuroi tori." in a scolding tone of voice. I roll my eyes and said "Did you have a reason for bothering me orrrr?" she smiled and said "Oh, Yeah! The number 2 hero is here to see you. I'm sending him the ok to come in." I glared at her and narrowed my eyes. "If you dont get the fuck out of my eye-sight I'm going to kill you." and with that she ran for her dear life. I sighed again in annoyance. and with no knock or anything that dumbass bird-brained bitch boy who killed my sister walked in my office.  "Hey, Babybird!" he said sounding cheerful. But that stupid smile of his turned into an ice cold glare when he saw the cig in my mouth. I blew out a puff and he took the thing out of my mouth, ashes it and then opened my window and threw it out. "Hey! I was hitting on that thing!" i say to him. He looks at me with that glare of his and i counter it with my own. "What that fuck? Smoking? Babybird?" i roll my eyes "Stop calling me that you make it sound like were a couple and we are NOT nor will we ever be." he rolled his eyes and sat down in the chair across from the one I was sitting in. "Look, You two were sisters right?" he asked. I knew who he was talking about. Odette. "And if we were?" i asked him. "I would like to apologize for...." he trails off. I sigh and say "We...we used to be air tight but when she came here from home....she was...different. So i dont give a shit. I'm done with her. She's gone." He looks at me in surprise. "Just like that?! 'She's gone.' Hummingbird...are you sure your okay?" i sigh and nod my head. "Yes i am fine but..." i trail off and look out the STILL OPEN window.

HAWKS'S POV:

She looks out the window and I study her for a second. "But what?" i ask. She sharply inhales and the shouts "HOW THE FUCK DID YOU FIND MY OFFICE?!" I chuckle and say "Easy. I followed you home and then to your office that day." She looks at me with the 'I'm abouta kill you Birdbrain' look Dabi gives me half the time. I sweatdrop and say "Umm-" "Do...Not...Say...A...Damn...WORD BIRDBRAIN!" she gets up and looks ready to kill me but instead she drags me out of her office and out the whole building BY THE EAR. Witch hurt like hell. "Ahh Fuck, Umm Songbird? Do ya think yah can let go of my ear now?" i ask in a sweet tone of voice but instead i just get an ice cold glare that i give but it looks 20 times scarier on her than it does me. I look away from her and down at my feet. "You are going to do me a favor okay Hawks?" I say "Yes Ma'am." "That's what i like. A nice submissive guy who does anything he's told. 'She's using her quirk...Mind Manipulation.' i think to myself. We stop at a nice looking apartment and she unlocks the door, grabs my hand, And pulls me into her house. I smirk and say "At least let me take you out for a date first, Jeez Babybird...you are very inpatient." she blushes and says "Shut up, you are here to clean my whole house while I take a nap~" and with that she walks away letting go of my hand. I stand there dumbfounded. 'WHAT!?' i think to myself. "QUITE YELLING WOULD YAH!?" She yells at me from her room. I then realize that she is using her mind quirk. 'Sorry, Sleepybird.' she gives a small huff and than a feather comes flying out of her room and slapped my cheek. (No not his ass cheek you dirty minded people -__-) I placed my hand over my cheek and smiled. 'So, A spicy chick huh? Heh, I cant wait until-' "HAWKS GET TO CLEANING DAMMIT!" she yelled i rolled my eyes and said "Fine, Fine..."

A FEW HOURS LATER: MY POV

I wake up to the smell of fresh laundry. I smile and say "Hawks!? You did laundry?!" he walks in my room and chuckles. "Yep! And i cleaned the whole house like you said. Anything else you want, Babybird?" i giggle and say "Hmm since your asking...I would like you to cook for me! I sadly cannot cook for jack shiiiiiiiit." He chuckles and says "Umm I cant cook for jack either..." I sigh and say "Thought so." I get up but then fall back down onto my bed hearing a scream from in my brain. "Ughhh" i groan. "Know what? get me some pain pills. NOW!" i shout near the end. He looks at me and then runs out and not even 2 seconds later comes back with the pills. I smile at him. "thanks..." i say after i take the bitches. "so uhh what happened?" he asked me i just huffed and pouted a bit while saying "It's from my quirk, Mind manipulation, It's side effects are headaches and migraines." he nods in an understanding way. "Well, Babybird, I have to get back to my place so see yah on Friday!" i look at him with wide eyes, then i groan, then i fall back asleep...surprisingly...
