Thirty Seven | New Problem

Waking up next to Aurora has became the highlight of my day here lately. With everything going on with Tanner's uncle, having her here is more than helpful to keep me calm. After his stunt he pulled last night giving his uncle the idea to mate with a powerful vampire, I've been on edge.

I should be thankful because now his uncles eyes are off of Nova since she "dead". Sadly now its even bigger than that. If he succeeds in his plans of steeling a vampire female from her beloved... well lets just say its going to cause an all out war between werewolf's and vampire's.

The only thing I can think to do is contact the king and have him warn the vampire king. There's just a big problem there. They really don't get along. Their relationship if you would even call it that is mostly arguing and threats. If our king contacted their king with this news, their king will take it as a threat instead of a warning. I personally don't have a problem with vampire's. As long as they don't attack our pack, they can do whatever they want.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by my father mind linking me.

"Where are you? The meeting starts in 10 minutes!" He snaps at me.

I know he's stressed, but I'm getting really sick of him taking it out on me.

"I'm coming." I snap back then cut him off before it started an argument.

I hate arguing with him, but damn! He can be a real asshole sometimes!

Lucas

Walking to Sean's room I knocked on his door and waited for his reply. He opened the door after a minute.

"Oh hey, Alpha." He says sleepily.

I look down at my phone to see it's 9 a.m. He never sleeps in this late.

"Why are you still asleep?"
"Sorry, I didn't get much sleep last night. Being away from Nala has got my wolf on edge." He breathes out.
"I see.. well I'm here to inform you that we have a meeting to be at in 10 minutes so get ready. After the meeting you'll be returning home, but also have a favor to ask."
"Thank you, Lucas. Now what kind of favor are we talking?" He asks in a much better mood.
"I'm going to have Nova go ahead and pack some of her things so you can take it back to my house. Just place her things in my guest room that's closest to my room, please."
"Really? No- Luna! Is come coming home?" He asks happily.
"Of course she is. She can't resist me." I joke out but stiffen when I hear a throat clear from down the hall causing Sean to bust out laughing.

Nova

"Really? No- Luna! Is coming home?" Sean asks happily.

I smiled because I could see Sean as a good friend.

"Of course she is. She can't resist me." Lucas jokes.

I bite back the smile at his cockiness and clear my throat. He tensed up then slowly turned to look at me as Sean continued to laugh.

"Of course I'll be leaving to you pack, Sean. You after all have done your job of being a sperm donor for my girl." I said causing his to shut up quickly and Lucas to laugh.
"Not funny." Sean grumbles out shutting the door.
"Awe I'm only kidding." I laugh out.

Lucas's eye cloud over then he starts to hum then looks to me and rolls his eyes.

"Problem?" I ask through narrowed eyes.
"Sean seems to think you'll get along well with my Gamma, but I disagree since he's unmated." He says coldly.

Someone's jealous.

"Listen, Wolfie boy.." I start am cut off by him laughing leaving me confused.
"What's so fucking funny?" I ask trying not to raise my voice so no one can hear me.
"I get that you're mad about my possessiveness, but you're killing me." He says after catching his breathe.
"What did I do now?" I say annoyed while throwing my hands up.
"Every time you get mad at me and have something to say you always say 'listen here wolfie boy'." He says then turns and walks away but not before turning around to look at me smiling and walking away.
