Sb, The Dark Rabbit [DISCONTINUED!]

- Chapter 7, A Strange Noise -

- Sb's perspective -

Most of the time we were both sat there in the darkness quietly, there wasn't really anything to do in this room anyways. I watched Eclipse as they looked around, they seemed to be listening to something way above us. "..What are you doing?.." I said, Eclipse immediately looked at me and responded to my question "Oh! We just heard a noise! ..it's way up in the vents, maybe we could go check it out?.." I thought to myself for a moment maybe these vents are as dark as this room, then I can still see.. or maybe there's something else in the vents, something we don't know about... they seemed to be watching me as I thought calmly about this situation. If we don't check out the vents though we would be left wondering what it is.. or the noise is from above the vents... is there even anything above the vents?

"Uhh friend? You okay? ...they're thinking, let them think.. oh, okay!" Eclipse said, this brought me out of my thought space and back into reality again. "We'll go.. there's no telling what the noise could be unless we check it out.." I said as I stood up "I should be able to teleport us there.. just hold my hand, if it's dark enough there I can get us there..." I held out my hand to Eclipse and they gladly placed their hand in mine. I began searching for the nearest dark spot above us "What floor?.." I asked them, they replied almost immediately "Third!" Then I began searching for the nearest dark spot on the third floor as that's where we needed to go. After I found the perfect dark spot that was near the vents, I could tell it was near the vents as the vents are mostly dark, I took us there. The darkness morphed around us as the world changed and shifted, once everything stopped changing we were there, the third floor.
