- Chapter 6, Stuck In A Strange Place -

- Sb's perspective -

I guess I'm stuck here with them then.. great.. I thought to myself as I sat there while Eclipse stared at me. They seemed to be awaiting instructions or something to do, to me they're quite strange.. perhaps this is a different world than mine? No, that's not the case... I can still feel the connection between me and the shadow realm. Whenever I am in a strange place and I do not feel the connective bond between me and the shadow realm of my world then I am in another's world that I do not entirely know. You see, I basically created the shadow realm using my own magic so I feel a connection to it as if it were merely another finger on my hand.

"..So, are you just going to stare at me then?" I asked them, they tilted their head as if they were confused then they spoke "Staring? Oh, sorry! We don't mean to offend you or anything friend! But, it's just that.. well, we haven't seen someone like you before.." it was the happier one's voice that spoke to me. "I understand, it's not everyday that you see a shadowy entity such as myself.." I said as they seemed to listen quietly to every word "Though I must say.. you yourself are strange too, are you two separate.... how do I put this simply?" They shrugged as I thought for a moment then came up with the right words to say so that they'd understand, the happier one seems to be the less educated one out of the two voices within this being. "Are you two separate beings within one body or just two separate mindsets?" I asked them, Eclipse immediately began thinking up a reply as they sat there with a thoughtful look in their eyes.

Finally they came up with an answer "Uhhh, yes! Two separate beings in one body! ..though, we can technically be separated as we operated on a light-switch based system.. and! That means that when the light was on in the daycare, I was in control! ..the lights off would result in me peeking out to say hello.." they happily explained, it seems that the other one was now fully awake again as they'd had a small nap. However that's possible I know not but anyways, I'm still stuck here with them. I guess getting to know them isn't so bad.. as long as they're not evilised in this world yet.
