"That's a lot of damage" I said as I stared at the arrow that had pierced through my arm.

"It's because of my bad luck, I'm so sorry, maybe you should find some other adventure party" Bennet said looking away ashamed.

I put, well attempted to put my arms on his shoulders to face me, " Bennet I'm stupid, this isn't the fault of your bad luck"

"But you're really hurt, and all I seem to cause you is pain with little reward..."

"Are you crazy? I'm having the best time ever! I love going on adventures with you Bennet, you never know what's going to happen!"

Bennet was about to interrupt but I cut him off as we made our way back to Mondstat.

"Bennet you're my best friend and the best adventure buddy there is."

"Aww really?"

"Of course! Do you remember when we were little, and were playing hide and seek from your dads and we somehow found ourselves in that Hurichurl camp?"

"Oh YEAH! You were so clever you started mimicking their dance until you rolled your ankle right in front of the hurichurl with the large axe!"

"The way he looked at me rolling on the floor, I think we were both laughing!"

"I can't believe they let us go"

"Well they just kinda stood there as we hobbled out"

"That's only because we told them that we should go back to those hurichurls and try to dance with them again"

We made our way into Mondstat earning the looks from many, with the burns Bennet had and the arrow that had pierced my arm leaving a trail of blood.

"We should probably go see Barbara"

"Yeah, but aren't you supposed to be a good healer?"

"I don't have the energy right now and I think Barbara should check out your arm"

Bennet just chucked as we made it close to the large doors. Right before we could open them they opened to reveal Rosaria and Barbara. Rosaria simply looked at the two of us with a subtle smirk on her face. Barbara on the other hand...screamed or more accurately banshee shrieked.

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!" WHY IS THERE AN ARROW IN YOUR ARM! WHY IS SOME OF THE SKIN MISSING FROM YOUR SHOULDER!"

"BENNET WHY DO YOU HAVE BURNS BUT ALSO HYPOTHERMIA!"

Her burst of fury like her height was short. And soon she was bringing out her catalyst to heal us back up to our healthy stupid selves.

"We need to get that arrow out though"

"Oh I can do that"

Wait I mean-

I ripped that arrow out with no hesitation. I held the blood and gut covered arrow in one hand, and my other arm fell to my side limp with two large gaping holes oozing blood and other materials. I looked at Barbara, and the idol was too stunned to speak. Her mouth was open enough for a small anemo slime to fly into.

"I pulled the arrow out"
