12:10 A.M.
everyone in the small daycare classroom
sat in their assigned seats, meals places in front
of them ready to eat!
kana and kenji, of course, were seated next to
one another, their own lunches that amya
specially made for them and dropped
off that morning.
kana's had rice balls shaped like small dogs with
chicken on the side, and kenji had some egg
rolls accompanied by some small pieces of sausage.
kenji peeked over at kana's meal and slowly inched his chubby hands towards
one of her rice dogs.
his sister caught his hand creeping in from
the corner of her eye, therefore she
slapped his greedy hand away from her
'Monster High' doll lunchbox.
