As you probably know, when the tributes arrive in the capital they have a few days, and then there's a huge parade. Each district has a carriage and horses, the tributes outfits must reflect their home district, but otherwise their designer can do anything to the tributes outfits.
"Welcome, to the tribute parade everybody!" Shouted Ceasar Flickerman over the commentary microphone, "As you know, this is the tributes' chance to make a great first impression on any possible sponsors."
He was followed by a loud begging to the anthem as the parade began. "Here they come," said a blaring voice from the commentary stand, "District 1, this will be remembered."
Districts 1 and 2 were dressed all in gold and bronze outfits, they came out smiling and waving. District 3 followed, and District 4 soon after in underwatery costumes that shone in the sun, the districts all came out 1 by 1, Ceasar commenting on every outfit.
After coming outside the tributes' carriages lind up in a semicircle around President Snow's stand where he made a speech about the importance of the hunger games, and why it was first created, he also welcomed the tributes and congratulated them on the Capital's behalf, he also said, "May the odds be ever in your favour."
