Hey guys just have little faith on your author . It's needed otherwise I wouldn't write it . You know , I didn't wrote any of such things till now .

It's been an hour shehnaaz been operated , Sidharth send dadu back to home . Pammy maa came , Shehnaaz been shifted to private VIP ward . Sidharth saw her , sat next to her bed clutching her hand caressed her tummy were few hours back their unborn child was their . He looked at her pale face blamed himself for her condition , if only he was with her she wouldn't have gone through this . Pecking her forehead " I'm sorry " he mumbled keeping his head on her palm then he left , he need to meet her doctor to talk .

In doctors cabin , Sidharth sat their worried for his wife's health . Sidharth asked " Is my Wife fine ? " .

" Yes Mr.Thakur she is absolutely fine but you must take extra care of her as she had the miscarriage their is chance of PTSD i.e Post Traumatic Stress Disorder , anxiety and depression . So be attentive towards her and I suggest not to try for a Baby soon " doctor said .

Sidharth listened everything carefully , the depression word hit him and asked whisperly " Depression " .

" But doctor she had been on pills , we didn't planned " he said , his voice was chocking at the end .

" Sir they are not 100% safe " doctor informed .

" She was how many .. ? " He asked , understanding his state doctor informed " Mrs. Thakur was 2 weeks pregnant, due to stress she had her miscarriage . First trimester is very hard to survive as they easily get tierd , nausea , gets emotional easily " .

Sidharth recalled , Shehnaaz was getting tierd and emotional easily and how can he forget her claim over him , getting jealous of his friend and initiating the intimacy on his Birthday but not nausea he didn't saw her atleast not before him . Did she know about her pregnancy ? If yes , then why didn't she informed him . He wanted his answer , he had all rights to know about his child . He came out of his thoughts when he heard doctor saying " If required you can consult our physcologist for her sessions " .

" Their is no need of any my wife is absolutely fine , she doesn't need anyone I'm enough for her " he said last line whispered to himself .

" As you say sir but 2 therapy sessions will be given to prevent her from infection and No intimacy atleast for 2 weeks , will discharge her after 3 days untill then she will be under observation " doctor said , he curtly nodded his head .

After getting all the instructions about her diet , Sidharth left the cabin directly moved towards the ward . His guards brought the dinner for them , he asked Pammy maa to go home and rest . He will be here taking care of his wife .

Pammy maa first protested but later moved , she was devasted to see her daughter unconscious in the hospital . He informed them about the miscarriage .

Sidharth sat on the couch , his gaze was fixed on her . He was thinking why would she hide such big thing from him ? Did even she knows about her being pregnant ? His thoughts broke when he saw her waking up .

Shehnaaz opened her eyes seeing herself in unfamiliar surrounding she was about to get up quickly but stopped midway as she feel pain in her lower was unable to move , her evening events flashed .

Sidharth immediately moved towards her saying " Don't " he caressed her hair , she looked at him and forget everything smiled at him , few tears rolled down thinking he is their with her . She rested as before he sat beside her taking her hand in his .

Wipping her tears he pecked her eyes when he heard her saying " sorry Sidharth ji " .

He frowned and asked " kyun ? " , did this means she knows before about her pregnancy . He wanted to know Sorry for what ? . 

" Meri vajese aapko college me sharminda hona pada " she said as again fresh hot tears rolled down .

( Because of me , you felt ashamed in the college )

She is , will be always Ghadi he thought why will he be ashamed of her . Infact he is proud of her for taking stand for herself . But one thing was confirmed that she didn't knew about her pregnancy . As his next question take her half guard .

" I'm proud of you not ashamed " he said and asked her " Did you know You were pregnant ? " .

" What pregnant " her eye widen as she observed his words .

" Sachi ? " She asked not believing his words , unknowingly her hand travlled down on her stomach giving him beautiful smile which is going to snatch next second when reality hit her , she was bleeding at home and now her being in the hospital everything flashed making her ask " Bacha tik hai na sidharth , vo .. mujhe pain , bleeding " she was panicking , sweats formed on her forehead tightened her grip on his hand .

He rested his forehead on her intervined their fingers looking into her eyes , he have to be strong for her , for them and he said thinking it's good if she would know the truth and accept it " He or she are in better place sweatheart " .

" Nahi please Sidharth , mera bacha " she said sobbing and moved her niddled hand to cup his face thinking he will make everything fine . He will not let anything happen to their child .

He nodded in no saying " Don't cry Sana please , don't stress yourself Baby " .

" Hamara baby Sidharth " she said her tears didn't stopped . Yet they didn't planned for the baby nor they thought about their baby but the pain of parents loosing their child , the pain of a mother loosing her unborn child . They didn't even knew about their baby , the soul existence untill it left them " Kyun ? " She said crying uncontrollably .

He let her cry for sometime but he cannot risk her health . " Nahi roote Baby isey vo phir se ajayega na apne maa baba ke pass please Sana sar dard hoga mat roo meri jaan " he said tears rolled down from his cheeks., they both grief for their baby .

( Don't cry , you will get headache . The baby will come back to us soon my life )

" I killed my Baby " she mumbled .
