Momentarily I froze.
The clock stopped in its pursuit.
The wind had nothing on us.
And the rains, well, we did not feel its cold contact to our skin.
Our eyes were locked on each other, for a good amount of time that seemed like an eternity.
And you captured something from me, what it was I am not certain.
You engulfed me with the dark warmth in your eyes.
One with which I love to see more.
I'll take you as you are, change if you want.
For even at your worst, be assured a lover like me will never depart from you.
Two swans up and about in the wild.
I chose you mate, I chose you.
Don't feel lonely without me, I'll rather we're out for whiskey and wine.
Drink in silence, that's fine.
Any of your choice, I'll be inclined.
I will love you till you change your mind.
And even then, be rest assured that I'll always be yours.
And you, "mine".
