"Your best bet is getting them away from each other." Cascade was saying as Goose drove, glancing at his tracker every few seconds to make sure he was on the right path.
"I say we try and get Stevie first." Gleam said. "I'm terrified of Jay."
"I second." Goose said. Cascade raised her eyebrows. "Your friend Jay's a scary person?"
"Once she got possessed and tried to kill me, Gleam, and Stevie." Goose said. "Stevie saved our asses, but Jay was fucking terrifying."
"Well, now I'm scared." Cascade said. "Okay, let's get your friend Stevie. What's something she values?"
"Naps." Goose said.
"Being noticed." Gleam said.
"She also hates it when we joke about her reading ability." Goose offered.
"That's...a start." Cascade said slowly.
"Great." Goose veered sharply. "So what's the plan?"
