I open my eyes & groan at the sound of my timer go off. I feel around my bed for my phone, not opening my eyes yet. I feel the vibration of my phone wrapped up under my covers. I grab it and put the bright light up to my face. Squinting my eyes at the bright light which read...
6:05am ' FIRST DAY OF SENIOR YEAR'
Not ready for my day to start, I click snooze and close my eyes for a little nap.
Yes I take a nap after I sleep. Who gets right up after waking up? Well if you do, just know... I DONT.
My snooze timer then goes off
6:17am
This time I decide against not hitting the snooze button again and actually waking up because I know how long I take to get ready.
Walking into my bathroom, I turn the light on.
Why this light so bright? I walk in front of my mirror and take a look at my self.
My dark brown skin. My tall 5'9 height. My plump lips with melanin lined around it. My green silk bonnet that matches my darn green shirt. My dark brown thick legs with faint stretch marks, they're really light so u can barley see them but if you look close enough you can. My white medium length Acrylics.
Once I was done, I went over to my shower and turned the water on.
While waiting for my water to get hot, I went to go pee, yawning I caught a smell of my breath and well....
Once I finished, I took my clothes off and went in the shower. Washing warm vanilla Bath & Body works all over me. After 15 minutes, I finally take my black ass out the shower & wrapped a large and long (😏) white towel over me.
I wipe the hot steam, from the hot shower, off of my mirror. I turn my sink on and I take my toothbrush put it under water, put the toothpaste on it, and then put it back underwater and then start to brush my teeth.
If u do it a different way... change it because you're doing it wrong.
I then wash my face and moisturize it. I pick up the clothes I slept in and make my way out of the bathroom and into my closet, I put my dirty clothes in the hamper which held my other dirty clothes.
Walking out of the closet and into my room, making my way over to my dresser. Got my clothes out and put them on my bed. I lotion my ashy self and put my clothes on.
