Damian Al Ghul-Todd

Chapter 6

When Damian woke up, he saw 2 blurry figures talking in hushed whispers ''m-mom?'' one of the figures quickly approached him. After coming closer the figure became clearer and he saw that it was Talia.

She rushed over to him and pulled him into a hug ''hello my son'' he tightened his grip on her as a few stray tears rolled down his face ''I missed you'' she sighed and held him closer ''I missed you too my son'' after a few moments the broke apart and Damian wiped the tears from my face.

Soon Jason walked over ''hey demon spawn'' he chuckled a little ''hey Jason'' they had a quick hug before Damian pulled away ''what are you doing here Jason, after you ran away, we had no idea where you went?'' Jason sighed and told him about how he hated the way Bruce had treated him and so he left and then he met Talia. They fell in love and are now engaged.



After a while Jason asked Damian why he was here and not with Bruce. Damian began crying, he couldn't help it and he soon realised that he couldn't stop.

Shocked, Jason quickly pulled him into his chest and began comforting the boy as he cried. Damian started biting down on his lip as he continued to cry, he didn't know what to do and he couldn't stop so he just kept crying.

Damian was sat on Jason's lap facing him with his head in Jason's chest and grabbing fists full of Jason's hoodie as he cried.

After a few hours he calmed down enough but he didn't trust himself enough to explain what was happening. He gave them the phone from Alfred ''Alfred will tell you everything I don't want to talk about what happened.''

They nodded; they saw Damian yawn. While Talia went outside to call Alfred, Jason stood up, still holding Damian to his chest, and laid Damian down on his bed to sleep, covering him with his blankets.

Jason brushed some hair off Damian's cheek and whispered "Goodnight Damian" then left the room to join the call with Alfred.
